I wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This helps me fall asleep and then if I do wake up I find it easier to fall back asleep and I don’t wake up groggy. Works for me!

They don’t knock you out so you still have to do your part for good sleep hygiene, but if you are, they are very helpful without feeling groggy the next day. A good supplement - not THE solution

A good night's sleep has been evading me for years. This is one supplement that I'm glad I found. Unlike most melatonin, it seems the more often you take it, you eventually need to increase your dose. When I got to 10 mg melatonin (in gummy form) it eventually stopped being effective. This is different and is a time-release form. The pill is not too big and shaped so it's relatively easy to swallow. I started using this and found I slept better throughout the night. (Used to be if I could fall asleep, I'd wake up around 3 am, but couldn't get back to sleep.). With this supplement, it's easier to get back to sleep and falling asleep isn't as difficult as it used to be. It's a keeper and, if you have trouble with sleep, it's the first product in my sleep toolbox that I'd recommend. There are a lot of sleep products out there and some are not friendly to the fixed income seniors like myself. Spend your money on this one, it won't break the bank!

Always had a hard time sleeping. Tried everything. Saw the good reviews on this and bought it. Used it twice, both times fell asleep easy enough, then after 2 hours, Awake ALL night. Then at 6 am doze for 2 hours and then feel lousy. Have no idea what GABA is, but it certainly doesn't agree with me. Wasted $12; throwing it out.

I have had insomnia for my entire life. I developed CPTSD very early on in my childhood (by the time I was 3) and have struggled with insomnia from that and also insomnia from the plethora of meds I take.I have a 2hr sleep cycle. At the end of each REM cycle, I wake up, and struggle getting back to sleep. I also do not fall asleep without the use of prescribed meds.It has been getting worse lately due to life stresses and nightmares. So I went looking for a new melatonin brand. I tried the Nature Made Fall Asleep Faster and they worked really well. I went from 1.5hrs to get to sleep to about 30min.I track my sleep with a ring, and I've been slowly losing more and more sleep. So, when this popped up on my suggestions list, I decided to give it a shot.Last night, I fell asleep quickly (for me) woke up ONE time for the bathroom, and fell back asleep until 8am. I got a full 2hr sleep cycle added to my sleep. This is with 2 meds that cause me insomnia.Tl;Dr This stuff works and I will continue to buy it for myself and my son who also has anxiety-related sleep issues.Needs better quality control. Some packets missing a pill.

This product works so good to help me sleep. I take one when I can’t sleep and it works right away.
