First found this product at Target. Then it was no longer available. Found it on Amazon, and opted for Subscribe and Save, just to keep it coming!!Excellent product! Combination of melatonin, theanine and GABA (all in relatively small doses) truly help, in the middle of the night, to stop the random earworm Kelly Clarkson or Gwen Stefani or Jelly Roll songs from playing over and over in your head, while simultaneously creating and recreating your To-Do list for the next day. Don’t know why, but it seems to work 98% of the time.Back to sleep, with no residual side effects.Hope this product never disappears from the line-up. It’s a virtual lifesaver for those of us who awaken in the dead of night and CANNOT get back to sleep!

As a guy who has had a lot of sleep problems over the past few years, I've tried a LOT of sleep supplements. Most melatonin supplements and patches have had kind of a so-so effect, and often leave me feeling very groggy the next day. These seem different. I take one of these, and I'm relaxed and falling asleep within a half hour or so. What I REALLY like about these is that the dose of melatonin is so low, you can (as the "Back to Sleep" name would imply) pop one of these in the middle of the night if you're tossing an turning. What's great about that is that I don't have to decide if I want to take this every night before bed--I can just take one during the night if I need to.Full disclosure: I do also take 360mg of Nature's Bounty Advanced Magnesium Glycinate every night before bed. I have heard that magnesium glycinate increases your body's receptivity to melatonin, so there could be something going on with that combination there. I have found that the Magnesium Glycinate helps me to sleep deeper than I was, so I definitely recommend those every night as well.

Pills work very well if you need to fall back to sleep quickly. No grogginess when you wake up. Puts you back to sleep between 10-15 minutes.

Wow this is effective and fast to sleep. Tastes fine. Pleasant. It’s powder like so if that doesn’t bother you you’ll be fine.

This product works amazingly. My complaint about the product is that it contains a small amount of sugar “for taste”, when that’s just the thing you want to avoid on your teeth right before bed.My biggest complaint isn’t about the product, but about the pricing. The shipping is more expensive than the product itself. This product should not be associated with Amazon Fresh. It’s a bottle of melatonin tablets, so I really don’t need a specific window of time to pick it up before it goes bad.Without the stupid shipping prices, this is a solid 4 star product. It’s definitely a bit on the pricey side even without the shipping when compared with other options. If either the price decreases or the tablet quantity increases meaningfully, and sugar is completely removed from the product, this would absolutely be a full 5-star product.

Wow tried this last night and within 15 minutes had fallen back to sleep. I always fall immediately to sleep but don't usually stay asleep. Once I wake up for the bathroom I'm sometimes up for the day and it sucks when your day starts at 3:00am! I'm not one to lay there and clock-watch. If I don't fall back to sleep at least within an hour, I get up and come downstairs until I feel sleepy. I've tried melatonin but it can take over an hour to work, and sometimes it just doesn't work at all cuz I can't turn off my brain. If you're like me and have trouble falling back to sleep, try this product.
