Loving this so far. I like that this product is free of many additives I try to avoid and the flavor is great. I mixed it with warm almond milk before bed and it was really soothing. I didn’t have any discomfort through the night and noticed a difference after using it one time. The product is a little pricey so I don’t know if I will be able to use it long term but I’m very happy with the results so far.

This really helped with bloating and constipation. I am hoping it helps my bladder this time.

I’m haven’t been able to tell whether it has helped my digestion. I have days of only loose stools or none at all when I’d prefer the middle. I also don’t like the smell, it’s does not smell like vanilla but more like chemicals.

Container is nice size. Price seemed a bit steep but is around same price as competing products of similarity. When I first opened it it smelled so good. I used first with water which tastes terrible. Then I used it with milk and it tastes just like a milkshake! I feel a little less bloated but other then that it hasnt done anything else. Thought it would help constipation but hasnt happened yet. Going to continue using it to help with bloating. Ingredients seem ok and nothing that I wouldn’t want in my body. So far so good. Will update review once halfway through my container.
