I've tried all works the best highest recommendations for a above belly button hernia
Highest recommendations? I've tried every kind of belly brace for my hernia that's above my belly button. My doctor told me to put a bundled up socks in my shapewear I found this. It has a removable pad I've used it. It holds it in place. Pushes it in works nicely. This is the answer to my prayers. It's comfortable adjustable. I went from a size medium to a large and this fits me with adjustable sizing perfectly and 5'7 145 to 150 lb. At one point I was 130

Since my surgery I've been paranoid doing any kind of exercise, but this puts me at ease. Fits tight and keeps everything "in"

Works well. It shifts a little. I wear a shirt under it and that helps keep in in place.

I would say, 'for small hernia's'
The item may be of a 5 star quality; but they were too narrow for my problem. Upon trying to raise to cover my hernia, it was difficult to breath. I finally found an exercise vest that helped eleviate the problem.
