Great for falling asleep
I’ve been using the melatonin with HTP for several years. I have trouble falling asleep and 10mg of melatonin wasn’t helping. Whatever the HTP is, it definitely makes a difference!

Good to help sleep, but leaves me groggy in the morning
I'm actually going to stop using this product as it makes me too groggy in the morning. If that's not an issue for you, then good product to use.
