Love the handle!
The Kershaw Secret Agent is a discreet and capable tool that seems to vanish until it's needed. It's designed for those moments when a larger knife isn't practical, but reliability is still paramount. The 4.4-inch 8Cr13MoV steel blade, with its single edge and non-reflective black oxide finish, offers a balance of strength and subtlety. It’s sharp out of the box and ready to tackle a variety of tasks, from cutting cordage to preparing kindling. The included molded sheath is well-thought-out, providing secure retention while allowing for multiple carry options. Whether discreetly tucked into a boot or attached to a belt, the Secret Agent remains comfortably out of sight until called upon. Weighing in at a mere 3 ounces, it's a featherlight addition to your everyday carry kit that won't weigh you down. This knife isn’t about flashy looks or unnecessary features; it's about dependable performance in a compact and concealable package. For those who value preparedness and appreciate the utility of a well-crafted blade, the Kershaw Secret Agent is a worthy addition to their collection.

Thing is super discreet
This thing is great! A small but mighty fixed blade knife. It’s just big enough to be a useful tool while at the same time being small enough to find a home on a plate carrier ,duty belt or load bearing setup without looking like Rambo’s goofy step son. Its easy to get razor sharp the clip on the sheath is stout. For those of you with knife skills its balanced extremely well and the black finish makes it invaluable in the right hands. The best part about it is it’s a fair price. Unlike some of those overpriced prison shanks out there.

Sheath retention is TOO strong.
Grip is good, knife itself is good, and for the MOST part, the sheath is good. The sheath retention is too strong though for the clip. As in going to draw the knife off of my belt or boot, the whole sheath comes with it. Gotta try and find a way to work around it and get it to stay on my boot. The knife itself I give 5 stars. The sheath I'll give 3.7.

Bad ass
I bought the Smith & Wesson SWHRT3BF and liked it so much that I bought the Kersha Secret Agent. Bad ass, buy one...you won’t be disappointed. If nothing else it’s a great addition to a collection or just cool to look at. It’s not really a great camp or dive knife. Also they should have given a better breakdown of the size. That’s the first thing I look for, so here ya go.....the handle is 4.25” including thumb guard..the blade is 4.25” with 4” of actual sharp blade. Sharp on one side only. You can always sharpen the other side. Feels great in my hand. Great case with a metal belt or boot clip. The clip can be removed and the case can be mounted horizontal with a little Velcro. It’s lightweight, compact and only good for one thing. Mine came sharp but that’s never a concern to me, because I always sharpen my knives as soon as I get them. Hope this helps!

Amazing, near perfect knife.
I love this knife, and I keep it in my left boot everyday I wear them. It doesn't hold an edge all that well, but that's because it is a concealable self-defense knife designed primarily for stabbing and thrusting. That said, it does come razor sharp, and it's made of high quality steel so I bet if you sat down and took the time with it you could put a long lasting edge on this blade. I've bought three of these knives, two as gifts for family members and one that I kept for myself, and all three knives have held up immaculately after months of use. The sheathe this knife comes with is very nice, and is so slim that you can easily tuck it into a boot or pant leg. The handle feels great in the hand, and the knife handle isn't too big or too small, fitting nearly perfectly in my very average sized adult male hand. The blade feels very sturdy under pressure. I have no doubts that this thing could save your life in a pinch.

A year later
So at first I was pretty confident in the knife it’s the perfect size clean and smooth and fairly sharp the sheath has great retention. One downside is that it’s a single edge blade and I prefer to have dual edge sharp blades. I didn’t abuse it and didn’t over use it I would say it was moderately used and tested. But I used it to pop a cr123 battery out of my weapon mounted light laser combo and the tip broke off. I was so mad that it broke off since I’ve done worse things than that with my other Kershaw knives and didn’t even leave a mark on the blade. I never even had a chance to sharpen it since it was and still is pretty sharp. But since the tip broke off so effortlessly it makes me wonder if it’s going to break off at the handle or if the blade is going to nick very easily and ruin the blade. I’m just gonna assume that this one knife was missed by quality and was just one of those bad knives in the batch
