This is hands down my favorite creatine! The best part is that it actually tastes good, kind of like a citrusy juice, with no weird aftertaste. I usually just mix it as a quick shot in the morning, and if there’s any leftover powder, I just add a little more water for one more sip — it tastes good, so it’s really not a big deal at all.It also mixes really well if you do it right, doesn’t upset my stomach, and the canister comes with a good amount — definitely great value for the price. It’s become a regular part of my routine, and I’ve already bought it twice. Super easy, effective, and enjoyable to take. Highly recommend!

This supplement is the only thing I've changed since I started doing strength and conditioning in May. I ordered my first canister about a month later. WOW! My recovery is way better and I'm not sore after a leg workout like I was prior to using it. I've also gotten stronger. I like the combination of supplements in one powder. I put it in a shaker bottle and drink it throughout my workout. So that helps the parts that don't fully dissolve. Taste isn't overwhelming.

This has definitely helped me with bloating and energy. Im always uncomfortably bloated and surprisingly I’m not after this supplement. I don’t feel like I’m dragging my feet through the day anymore. It seems to dissolve rather easily. The taste isn’t too bad. It’s a light orange flavor. I’ve had some nasty tasting supplements in my lifetime. This wasn’t one of them. TBD on muscle growth. I was only taking 750 of creatine and this has like 5x as much. We shall see.

I just got this yesterday, I ordered it bc of all the good reviews on here. As far as it’s benefits I dk yet bc I just got it but I will say I had it this morning and the taste is just ok, not terrible and not that great either, it’s just meh. It gave me a bit of a stomach ache though but I’m guessing it’s bc I should have ate something small before consuming. Either way I didn’t give it a full 5 star bc I wasn’t too fond of the taste. It came in fast and with no issues. I hope I start seeing results after taking it for some time. We shall see.

This mixes well with water, no clumps. It tastes great like orange. I do notice that I have a much faster recovery after a workout when I drink this. I’m not as sore the next day which is great.

Great product I love it But add more flavors the orange flavor tastes weird after awhile

Um , not sure how I feel about this only used it a couple times and it made my head hurt and my chest hurt. I do like the taste of it though very good in my breakfast smoothies.

For the most part I find this effective. I feel like I have more energy when I drink it. I drink it at lunch with my meal as they suggest you drink it with food. It tastes delicious however, part of it doesn’t dissolve very well. I mix it in an 8 ounce water bottle and shake it in between sips. The last part of the bottle always has more particulates in it and it’s a little gritty but I’ve had worse.Since Amazon had such a great price on it, I ordered two last time unfortunately they put them loose in a paper mailer with no padding. One of the containers hit the top of the other container and cracked it so when I opened, the mailer, powder was everywhere. Amazon will not take this as a return so now I have to deal with the company, even though Amazon packed it this way. Lesson learned to order one at a time if ordering through Amazon.
