It's a pretty good, affordable bond repair product, along with the conditioner. I enjoy the strong fragrance but some may find it overwhelming. The shampoo and conditioner are not heavy and leave my hair feeling clean and manageable. If you've got seriously damaged hair, this may not be intensive enough but I think it's good for once or twice a week maintenance use.

I use this about 2 per week, along with some other shampoos I have. I just like the way this makes my hair feel.I'll be getting more for sure.

I’m loving this shampoo and conditioner! I’m 64 and my beautiful thick red locks are beginning to show my age. Dry and thinning hair is not acceptable. After one use I could see and feel a difference. Hair is not limp and flat. Feels softer and more manageable. Prices are low so no reason not to try it.

Left my hair soft & manageable when using a blower to dryer. My hair was hard when I let it air dry. My hair is curly if this makes a difference to anyone.
