I’ve been using this 1 mo now to replace a mold-growing plastic fountain. One of my cats loves fountains, preferring it to a regular water bowl. I love the small size, the motor is silent. He loves to drink from and play with the water bubbling in the pan but the fountain stream is a little too strong for his liking. I have the filter and sponge installed but wash out the unit every other day by hand. Because I clean it regularly, in the future I may dispense with the filter. Even with pre-soaking, it tends to disintegrate, leaving strands of material floating in the water.

We have several of these for our cats and love them. It took a while before they would approach it so if this is new to your cats give it time. It constantly circulates so it keeps the water fresh for them and it goes through a filter which we change every month. We also put it through the dishwasher regularly to disinfect. It’s important for the cats to always have fresh water especially since they are prone to kidney issues

This is all Sugar could ever ask for. She loves drinking from the faucet so when i saw this, it couldnt have been more perfect. Super easy to install and the other gremlin kitty Cheeto loves to dump water out of the bowls but luckily that wont be happening with this! Great purchase definitely recommended. Almost silent, which is fantastic, no leaks, holds 3+ water bottles worth, motor is yet to be judged as its only been a day but there is a 2 year warranty!

I had bought a cat water fountain earlier that had the same features as this one. However, this one is not as sturdy and I’m a bit disappointed as I thought I had bought the same one! This one is smaller, runs quietly, has the window/ light so you know the water level and the light is nice too. My cat seems to like this one as well as he did the last one…I just hope it lasts as long

This is an amazing fountain! No wisker stress for my cats having them hit their wiskers on the brim of the fountain, that doesn't happen with this design! My old fountain they would paw at it and hit it sometimes and I didn't know until recently that it could be something called wisker stress. The only downside it that if it looses power they can not drink.

Don't ask me why, but my Charlie is a alternative water supply junkyard cat. Fresh filtered water in his water dish is a big ole, "Nope". This incredible fountain has finally ended the chaos. Both KitKat and Bennie the Bandit LOVE this fountain! It's easy to assemble, quiet, holds a large amount of water, doesn't leak and looks pretty darn cool. Best pet buy I've made in a long time!

Highly recommend this fountain for cat owners.I had another fountain that made a noise a little too loud for me to be able to read/concentrate near. This unit is very quiet, no mechanical noise whatsoever. All you may hear is a slight sound of droplets of water, which is quite faint (if you can hear it at all).It is easy to keep clean too!I would buy this fountain again if the one I have breaks for whatever reason. 10/10
