Good didn't expect touch screen praise message

I'm using this mp3 player with a small in house fm transmitter. The touch screen is very sensitive, which means it might be dificult to use while jogging. The volume control is definitely hard to get used to, but not impossible. The audio quality passes other brands that I've tried. I'll plug it into a charger once a day to keep the battery healthy, and I don't get any hum through the transmitter while it is powered externally, which has been an issue with other mp3 players. I always load tracks onto an external card and play them from there.

I feel like I'm using almost the very first mp3 player ever. The navigation isn't intuitive, the touch screen can be finicky, and the file explorer isn't customizable. I want to listen to audiobooks primarily on this device, but there's no icon for that. I tried to make a new folder in my computer and add files to it, but new folders just show up as "local folder." I can't figure out how to rename them, though there might be a way. I created a new folder under the music umbrella - same thing. I added two audiobooks and a CD to the device and they were all lumped into one section so I had to scroll way to the bottom through hundreds of tracks to find my cd. I'm guessing I can move them one by one to a playlist, but the instructions don't indicate how, and doing so is very labor intensive when they were already organized on my computer. Maybe I can fiddle with it and figure it out, but it's just not worth it to me when there are so many other mp3 players out there that are more user friendly, and offer more than 3 playlists. The audio works fine without the headphones, and the dial on the right controls the volume. It moves easily, so I can see the volume adjusting in your pocket accidentally. I had to return it.

It's a solid metal case. Good quality. The only issue I had was the video format is very picky. I've been trying different settings in handbrake without any luck so far. The documentation says AVI/AMV, but I keep getting format error messages.

The interface is terrible. Good luck getting it to display in anything but Chinese.

It is very heavy and thick it is also not very easy to use. And could not figure out how to do Bluetooth and download music
