This gate is great!Bought to stop my dog getting upstairs and eating things from the dirty washing basket, it is so easy to use.No bars to step over and you can use with one hand, so helpful as I’m always carrying things up and downstairs.I can’t comment how it would be for children as mine are too old now, but you can lock it on the top and even my strong bull terrier can’t push her head through the bottom if it only latches at the top.Handy that it retracts in case you are moving things up and down stairs, it just doesn’t get in the way!

Awkward to fit and too flimsy , too easy to just climb over because the fabric takes no weight to bend it so escaping is easy

Good product, easy to fit. Only small issue is fiddly floor securing ring if you need it. We did not so 4 stars for us.

We use these outside to stop the dogs running out when we have the door open in summer . Easy to fit and use .has a lock to stop the fabric giving .
