Wow! This product is an absolute game changer!!!! Slightly wished I would have taken recommendation of getting the Md but I was afraid it would be too tight and have to send it back. It is still plenty tight enough that I can walk around and it not slip, it's not overly loose or overly tight, almost just right but I do believe MD would have been perfect. I have had undiagnosed knee pain because no dr can tell me what's wrong nor can PT, ultrasound, MRI, or Xrays. Have had extreme chronic knee pain since May 5, 2024. Finally getting some relief! This product truly works and it's slim enough and comfy enough to wear under pants without being too bulgy. I'm 5'5" 147 lbs. This is truly a MUST have for your freezer. I haven't tried it as a hot therapy because I'm so incredibly pleased with the cold!

Unique product. Not really what I needed and I think I'll personally just stick to separate ice and separate compression but it's a good choice to have and could work well if your needs are different. Fits as expected. Well made overall.

This brace feels amazing and can be used cold ( placed in the freezer ) or hot ( placed in the microwave if you have the right size !

This sleeve really helped my knee swelling before and after surgery, and I discovered it works on my ankle, too!

Nice and soothing

It is a great idea but needs to stay colder a little longer. Easy to use and is comfortable.

I had my knee replaced last year and have residual pain from scar tissue after I work out. This knee sleeve easily pulls over my swollen knee and the ice helps reduce the inflammation.
