A total Scam product
The product cant hold just the pc alone for 10 seconds. This is scam i doubt if there is battery presnt inside.Only pc is concected in this ups which and ups cannot hold even for 3 seconds.Normal work pc with 350w smbs. Worst scam.Moniter connected directly to power.Scam scam scam scamWhy does amazon not ban these kind of sellers and their products i am aproching NCH if this is not taken back and refunded fully.

Nice and Steady Product
This product work well in my desk as I have live in remote area where electricity is fluctuating very badly and light go off for several hours.But thanks to this backup and I can complete my work in this battery life and turn of PC with satisfaction.

Awesome
Three sockets provided are more then sufficient. We have diesel in our society so current nit sure about the backup time it is providing me but serving my purpose or keeping my monitor and other systems on by the time generators are On. There is no lag in electric supply as this is online UPS where power is supplied continuously by UPS while charging from power Supply. I have been using Lapcare products and I found this one too of good quality

Very less Backup and poor service
I bought it for Jio Airfiber. It is giving only 30mins backup.No replacement in company website. I strongly suggest not to buy it.

Backup time
Using this UPS for jio airfiber outdoor unit and wifi.Getting backup of 2Hrs, not sure if this will degrade in future, but for now it's good
