I buy these fairly regularly for obvious reasons. They taste ok I sometimes add a bit of diluting juice. I add to water let it sit for a few minutes give it a stir and it all dissolves. No gritty texture. Amazon is the best value for money for this brand. I find them very effective.

Got some issues as a medication side effect despite already eating very healthy and drinking enough.I take one a day mixed into soda because I don't like the taste much on its own. It definitely works if done regularly, though for severe issues something more powerful might be needed. That said, the taste is ok, I'm just picky.It's kind of pricey but worth it for what it does, I haven't seen them cheaper elsewhere so far. It's nice to not need a prescription for it either.

Good product, easy to make up and swallow, tastes good, good value for money, happy with results as they didn’t take to long to work. Feel a lot better now. Will use these whenever needed now

What can I say, it workedThis type of laxative is the best, it works within a couple of hours, no stomach pain etc and you just mix it with water, drink it and wait

Does the job, makes the going great!! Mix one sachet into a small glass of water, knock it back - it's not unpleasant - and wait for the results. Some might prefer to keep to the more natural Senna method though.

This is a laxativ that dose the job without making you sick, for bad cconstipation use 4 sachets each in 400ml water, once you have movement you can reduce to one or two a day, once you have the desired results stop taking them.
