I hurt my back a week ago. Strained my lower back. And while I can still work out at the gym my back aches if it bows the slightest bit when I lay or sit down. Also, my back just gets tired halfway through the day and starts hurting bad. I've been dealing with this for about a week. I bought this last night and put it on today and I can finally relax while I walk, sit or lay down. I believe this will help me not re-strain my back while it's healing. I had my back go out on me about a year ago, causing extreme pain and discomfort. I ordered this back brace a month ago as my back decided it wanted to go out on my again while sitting at a restaurant in a wooden booth. I was able to function due to using this back brace, help with my commitments and even stand for longer periods of time with minimal pain. I highly recommend for lower back pain and discomfort.

Well, so far right after putting it on I noticed a immediate reduction in my sciatic pain, not drastic, but a reduction.My sciatic issue started 4 days ago, I went from being absolutely fine to not being able to walk, sit, or even lay down without excruciating pain that’s typical in a sciatic nerve stain.A trip to my doctor, a shot, some staroioids, and muscle relaxers helped, but still needed my cane and still hurt like crazy but not excruciating, and I now I can walk with the back brace on without the cane, does it still hurt? Heck yes it does, but well worth the purchase cost for "MY" Nerve issue, key Word is "MY", because everyone's problems are their own, one problem doesn't fit all. But is the reduction in my pain worth the price, a definite YES.

My mom recently have a compress fracture and Kaiser provided with special thoracic and lower back brace but my mom is very uncomfortable and I decided to order this brace and my mom feel less pain wear all day without complaint and is very comfortable for her. I really recommend.

I found this item to be well made & comfortable to wear. I love the strong metal "braces" in the back. They really help me stand straighter & feel more confident while walking. I've tried many back braces & am so glad I found this one. Strongly recommend.

Best back brace I ever used! I’m 5’8”, weigh 130, & ordered a medium. It’s good, but may go back for a small. Recommend this brace very highly.

I purchased this for my lower back pain, the quality is great well made, it feels really comfortable on my back. The design is good, for the ease of the pain I cannot say as yet as I have just started using it today is day 2. However I can say that when I am wearing this brace it's very comfortable. I noticed that someone reviewed that it's not good for a person who is doing a sitting job because it shifts. I think that maybe that person did not put it on correctly. My job is sitting and I wore it all day at work and I was extremely comfortable. I will update on ease of pain later.
