It's a steal deal during sale. I got it for 11500 with card discount in great Indian festival sale.For this price. Build quality is fantastic.Looks amazing as well.Height is on the lower side like I have a chair with breathable mesh similar to green soul zodiac but bought that from local shop in my city and that chair's lowest height is higher than this chair's lowest. But u can adjust according to ur height.The seat size is a less so if u r someone with chunky thighs then go for the Green soul monster.Tilt is a bit stiff but I haven't used it that much so I haven't adjusted the stiffness of the tilt but u can tilt and rock this chair.Back support is also great but pillow's adjustment is not much.Cons are:Pillow strap adjustment should have been given.It has PU leather so it may make u sweat in summer so either use a thick cloth like towel to make it breathable or buy a breathable fabric chair. Or use it in AC room.Wheels feels like rubber- ish so I don't think they will scratch the tiles. But if there is dirt very small pebbel it may scratch.The foot rest is okish but not super strong like the chair. So if u are a heavy person then use it gently or avoide this chair.But this chair is so comfortable. Uff .....worth every penny if bought under 12k

The chair is solid - good build quality and the instructions for assembly are easy to follow. It looks super neat and it’s the perfect size. Ergonomically it seems to be very comfortable and the leg rest is a welcome functionality. The chair is smooth while it rolls and there are no squeaky noises.

The media could not be loaded. I have 2 issues with the chair, mainly. 1. The wheels don't move properly as they should, so when I move the chair around, some wheels remain horizontal and create resistance for the movement, thus it feels like dragging a basic chair that has no wheels. Which is pathetic considering | paid 17k for below an average product. Super bad design, the chair is so heavy that it doesn't allow the wheels to actually spin 360 degrees with no obstruction. This is extremely frustrating. You could have invested our money in proper designing, plus the whole chair is extremely uncomfortable, l'd return it if I could and settle for a plastic chair. 2. The right arm rest only comes up 3 stages, and the left comes up 4. How dumb is that ? Uneven arm rests.Again, kudos to the design team for a grand mess up.3. Apart from this, overall I'd give the chair a -1/10.Comfort - 0, value for money - 0. Teaches us well that - all things that look good aren't good. This is the worst chair l've ever used, l'd return it if I could. Please don't waste people's money like this, invest in a good designer, not just a good video creator. I'm attaching a video and image
