Best card game of 2024? Yes.
Most who have played this agree that it is something of a revolution. Play your card left to right BUT score then right to left. HUH?! So counterintuitive but AMAZING! Many top ten game lists have this at the top. So easy to learn, fast to the table, and quick enough to play several games in under 30 minutes. This will quickly become your go-to game. Amazingly, this is as much fun playing solo (same rules as multiplayer) as it is playing at all player counts. Give this one a try, you will be glad that you did.

Fun
We really enjoy this game! It’s good for just two people to play or more people as well. It was pretty easy to learn. The more you play it the better you can strategize which cards to select and play. The theme of this game is unique, and the materials are of good quality. It’s a small box and simple game to set up, which is nice. Would recommend!

Great strategy game for 2 - 6 players
Great game with a lot of strategy- both offensively and defensively. If you like games like Catan and Azul, you’ll love this! Plus, it’s compact for travel and is just as much fun to play with only two people as it is with more (up to 6).

Far and away a game
FOr a game with far and away in the name, surprisingly brought my friends closer together with a lovely game night.

Faraway Card Game - Deceivingly easy looking card game that is really tricky to master
The game design is great with a unique reverse scoring mechanic. Approximately 30 minutes playing time makes this a nice filler game. The production material is average, but gameplay makes up for this.

Likely game of the year.
We initially bought this at a game store in Edinburgh, Scotland where it was being played by young people and the owner recommended we try it. Brought it back to the US, used it in our game group, easy to learn, novel design and game play, for2 to 5 or maybe more. Our copy got absorbed into the group so we got a new copy from Amazon, arrived promptly and continue to play it in rotation with other games. A French game designer, with on-line demonstrations in French or English, so check it out.

Great Game!
Highly recommend this game. We played a lot three person over Christmas. Game is quick but has some good depth and interesting choices.

Fun with 2 players!
A fun tile laying game! We have only played at 2 players but it’s definitely unique in its scoring compared to any other game we own. I recommend checking out a video on YouTube to be sure you’d like it but if you’re playing with 2 players I can definitely recommend.
