Don’t drink alcohol when using DMSO products.
Since this is a systemic product I read that it is not advisable to drink alcohol while using DMSO.. The product does not have a smell, goes on smoothly and quickly absorbs into the skin. It reduced the muscle pain which was my goal for it’s use.

Effective, it works!
Effective on joint pain. Also helps me with bladder spasms. Other reviews have mentioned an off putting smell which I don't notice at all. Nice thick cream, absorbs fairly quickly. As other comments have called out- be sure it's applied to clean skin. Good price point.

Effective pain relief
Is very effective, this ointment relieved the pain and helped the healing of my knee after an injury while I was boarding a boat on vacation. I applied and massaged for a few minutes.

Not Returnable- Smells like Burned Incense - BURNS your face - Won't Rub in over body hair.
This is definitely not ok on your face. I bought it to reduce a facial bruise. It stings pretty intensely. It also smells like it was made somewhere they burn a lot of incense. I tried using on my chest and it smelled too strong. The consistency isn't smooth its grainy and bubbly like cottage cheese. it feels gross on your skin, and if you apply somewhere with body hair it matts up the hair. really disappointed. you can tell it was made in a someone's kitchen. The label isnt even applied evenly. a lot of the positive reviews and notice how they all seem very similar in phrasing.It's definitely not fragrance free and the label does not label all the ingredients. this is highly

USE WITH CAUTION
This works really well to get rid of pain, BUT YOU HAVE TO USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION. Be sure to wash the area you’re using it on, prior to use. Otherwise, the dirt, sweat, etc goes into your blood stream along with product. This would not be good. Also, do not use too much at once. A little goes a long way. I cannot stress enough to use this with extreme caution. Know your product!!!!

Truly amazing
This stuff is amazing. I was wearing a knee brace 3 days ago. I got the stuff, started putting it on in 3 days, I don't need to wear my knee brace anymore, that's amazing to me.. highly recommend. Next time I order. I'm going to order bulk just in case they run out.
