Works great but be aware of 1A output limit
I bought this to power my BT router but the problem is the 12V output is rated at 1A and my BT Hub 2 requires 1.5A. I tried it anyway but clearly there is some over current protection (which is good) and it kept cutting out 3 or 4 times a day. In the end I'm using it with the POE to run an external wifi bridge and for this it works perfectly. If you pull the mains power it runs for hours on the batteries.

Great product
This works really well. It has been tested with a few power cuts and it keeps working with no interruption to WiFi signal at all. Well worth the money and invaluable if you rely on WiFi for mobile phone signal or work.I did need to buy an adaptor to connect to BT router

Works OK but the leads are a bit short
I have a number of TP Link hubs which need to keep running during extended power cuts. I had been using traditional mains power UPS but they had reached end of life. I got one of these to try as a cheaper alternative.Out of the box, I noticed the provided leads were very short. The mains lead was 80cm and the Y cable 30cm. Also, the mains cable had a bent pin on the UK mains plug. There was no damage to the packaging or anything so I guess it was like that when packed. Anyway, the lead was too short and I had several spare leads so it wasn't a problem for me.My TP Link hub has a 9V/1A power supply which the UPS can provide and the Y cable provided worked without adapoters being needed. Due to the short Y cable, I had to position the UPS under the TP link hub. Fortunately, they are a similar size. The UPS is silent in operation, no fans, no relays, no beeping. The hub stays up when the mains power goes off and when the mains comes back, the UPS tops the batteries back up. I haven't done a 'how long does it last' test yet, nor a check to see if it does actually power back up after an extended power cut and the batteries run out.Update: Turned the power off for 3 hours and the UPS battery level was still at 4 bars.So first thoughts are good but lose a star for the short leads.

Perfect for areas with irregular electricity
I got this for my girlfriend to use when she goes back to Nigeria, and it has been wonderful. It has been almost a year since I got this, and it still works and retains as much charge. She uses it with a wifi router for when power goes off and it has not failed once.

Great Product
I bought 2 of these to backup my broadband and wifi routers as we are suffering with quite a few power outages. Since i have connected them they have proved their worth on several occasions and work brilliantly. I did need to buy an adapter to connect to my BT router as the plug connection is slightly larger but it went straight onto my wavlink router. Cable is very short and could do with being a bit longer but overall I think its good value for money as they keep me online and the routers connected without having to reset them all the time.

Working well
I bought this to keep an automatic cat feeder going in the event of a power cut. The feeder is plugged into the USB outlet. It works as required when I tested it keeping the clock going and operating the feeding mechanism. As the feeder has a low power requirement I think it should keeping it going for quite a while.

Does not work with BT Broadband router
This was bought based on it being able to provide power to the BT Broadband routers. It doesn't.After speaking with BT there are no UPS's like this that will work. Best advice is to get one with the regular 3 pin plug. You'll end up with a brick under the table, but you'll get several devices plugged in and it works.

Router
Unit working fine but the router has a 3mm plug so had to get a converter to use it.
