I bought these for my young adult son with autism who doesn't have the best diet.
So I purchased these vitamins for my young adult son with autism who has a limited diet and doesn't get enough fruits and vegetables. After going to the doctor, she recommended vitamins after doing some bloodwork. Pills are difficult for him to swallow. We go back next month to see if any of his vitamin levels have improved and I will report back. I will say he doesn't mind the taste and has been diligent about taking them every day. Thankful to have this option in gummy form.

Absolutely Disgusting
I am not quite sure how this supplement has a high rating when the scent is very chemical and the taste atrocious. The scent reminded me of my neighbor's chemical relaxer, and the taste mimicked a wheatgrass shot mixed with mushrooms. It took almost 4 hrs to get the taste off my pallet. If you are considering this, don't! Whole Foods has a satisfaction policy and Amazon does not with food or supplement items. What's worse my both bottles had non standard FDA labeling. So there was no way to know if the product inside had reached it's expiration date.
