I usually buy Dr. Plotka's Mouthwatchers Flossing toothbrushes. The bristles on these Pectrus toothbrushes had similar bristles at a more reasonable price. The Mouthwatchers toothbrush has polyester bristles, the Pectrus bristles are polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). I looked up Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) on the Internet and it's described as "a semi-crystalline thermoplastic in the polyester family". The handle on the Mouthwatchers is shaped more nicely with rubbery parts and is nicer to grip. The Pectrus is a minimalist, clean design. Maybe the handle is a consideration for some. Having said that, I haven't had any problems using the Pectrus and like the feel of the bristles as much as Mouthwatchers. The Pectus toothbrushes came with a bristle head cover. I liked that and it'll be great for travel. I purchased a "medium" as I wanted something a bit firmer than the soft Mouthwatchers (they didn't appear to have a medium). The Pectrus medium is still quite soft, very nice to brush with for me. It's also available with softer bristles if preferred. The bristle head is slightly smaller on the Pectrus, but not by much so really about the same. The bristle height are around the same though it might not look like it in the pictures as the white tips tend to disappear under the camera. Both toothbrushes are made in Korea. I really like the Pectrus toothbrush and if you don't need the nicer, grippier handle this is a great flossing type toothbrush at a better price. I love it, love the way it cleans, love saving over the more expensive flossing toothbrush brands. A plus all around for me!

These are no-frills basic toothbrushes. No fancy brushes, no stylish designs, just a good basic toothbrush that still reaches all your teeth. I need to use extra-soft bristles and these brushes fit the bill wonderfully. They work well and are a good standard size, and they're inexpensive. When I get a little money ahead, I'm buying a couple more of these packs. I'm that happy with these toothbrushes. Highly recommend if you require extra-soft bristles.

The media could not be loaded. I have really sensitive teeth and gums, and finding the right toothbrush has been a struggle for me. After trying so many, I finally found this one, and I absolutely love it! The brushing feels super gentle yet effective. I used to use a toothbrush with 1,000 bristles, but it barely did anything. I also tried one with 10,000 bristles, and even though it was supposed to be "ultra-soft," it felt like rocks scraping my teeth. This one is so much better — no more bleeding, and it actually cleans my teeth well! I’ve even had my husband and parents try it, and they love it too. I’ll definitely be buying this again once I’ve used up the ones I have!

This is my second time purchasing the Pectrus toothbrush. This brush cleans my gumline and teeth without causing any discomfort. It is very soft and effective for cleaning. Previously, I used another brand with satisfaction, but I prefer this brand. During my recent visit to the dentist, I was told that my gums are very healthy. This is a good, soft, and effective brush for daily use. Thank you!

Very nice straightforward toothbrush. No gimmicks, just good clean teeth. Best value for my money.

From other reviewers' photos, you can see that the quad-fine collection has individually wrapped toothbrushes, which is great. Sadly, the extra soft collection is not individually wrapped. This reflects a lack of consistency within the brand that doesn't make sense. Why can't they just individually wrap ALL of their toothbrushes? And I have to transfer these to a ziploc bag as this packaging is not friendly for storage. The toothbrushes themselves look good at first glance though. Hopefully they'll feel good when using...
