These have a nasty powder, but the price is decent for what you get.

Perfect Balloons!
Used these balloons as additions to a backdrop. One of the best packs of balloons purchased. I think only had one balloon that had a hole in it. They stayed inflated and held the shine inside. I will definitely purchase again for next project.
