I was surprised by how balanced the bit is especially for the price and the length.Spins in my cordless router buttery smooth (unlike other cheap bits) and cut through Fir lumber without issue.The bearing on mine seemed plenty tight, but I'd check it anyway based on some of the other reviews.Overall, this got me out of a pinch where I needed to route out some holes the full width of some 2x4s and it did it perfectly.

Ran 15-20 feet of soft pine--bit now too dull to use again-appears as bit was not hardened-

Bought this for installing an under mount sink in a maple butcher block counter. Practice run on pine of the same wood depth worked perfect. On the real run, going slow and steady I experienced some spots of decent burn marks. Did the job but I think I higher quality bit may not have had the burn marks. FAST delivery. Overall happy with the purchase.

So I'm going to be honest I am not a carpenter so maybe I abused this thing but when it worked it worked really really good....... right up until it didn't 🤣🤣I can't find anything like this anywhere else so I'm just going to keep buying them and breaking them and returning them until my project is done 👍

Absolute trash! Bearing broke on $500 countertops and ruined them. Of course we ordered this in January and used it today so it can’t be returned. Just a warning to anyone looking to purchase it.
