The product maybe satisfactory but may not suit your circumstances ie. 5amps plug points are generally all over a house but 16amps plug points are usually restricted for exto heater in a toilet, kitchen or inverter connections. These 16amp plug points may not receive the wifi signal and hence cannot be used "smartly". This was my experience with first received plug AND it's replacement.Qubo and Amazon have kindly accepted to refund my amount.Just think and assess number of walls / metal objects blocking wifi and strength of wifi signal before buying, to avoid inconvenience.To Qubo my suggestion is to improve the product with a built-in antenna or something like that.

Excellent item, it works wonderfully and I’ve really enjoyed having my bedroom at a certain temperature, it is accurate and easy to use. It tells me my energy consumption and it is compatible with a 16A plug.

I bought two 10 amp smart plugs. Forgot to check it before Amazon return window, but when I tried to use it, both were bogus items. It only connects via Bluetooth and not via Wifi. You'll fed up by updating Wifi settings in the Qubo App and it still will not connect. Same with their camera. I'm really regretting buying it. Just check the rating of the Qubo app in the playstore! It's pathetic. Amazon, please delist their products. I have contacted their customer service, they sent replacement of 1 device and that too has same issue. Now they're asking for small video, despite sharing all screenshots. Actually, they're selling fake product. Not sure, why Amazon had lusted such pathetic product without even checking the quality.

Product is fine.. But lacks granular data on consumption..Logs are also at switch on or off not on consumption and connected device switch on or offIntegration with HASS is also not straightforward..

Very good product and can be operated from anywhere. Set time for ON and OFF and automatically it will work. Only synchronisation with mob is little tricky.
