Top quality external hub for Laptops
You know the problem.........Laptops with minimal connections for outside devices. Of course the assumption is that if you own one of these (1) You are traveling with this device and are unlikely to be plugging a bunch of external devices into it.(2) You are not a serious PC user and probably one step away from being a Phoneophile. (3) You have never seen a tower PC. All of these are actually reasonable assumptions but some of us have real computers but still have a need for a portable PC. If you find yourself recovering from a PC crash or are away for extended periods of time you will have peripheral devices and you will need a reliable hub. Many of the hubs out there are cheap plastic garbage with even worse electronics. This is an extremely well made Hub. Its all metal with lots of USB 2, 3, 3c plus HDMI, miniport and a Cat5 connection. Has full power pass through so you can power your laptop and charge your devices. I have had no technical issues with this hub and highly recommend this device. Its built like a Tank !!

No issues — plenty of ports, works well
Good hub with a nice variety of ports. I’ve had no problems with connectivity and everything works as expected. Solid option if you need multiple connections in one place.

Great for Laptops only
Having a wide variety and large of ports makes this a great choice for a docking station. It’s affordable and fairly compact. That said I have one general complaint about devices like this. These are designed for laptops, not general use for building dual monitor displays on PC. Who in their right mind decided to make the one and only input a USB-A?! Give the option to use a DP port or an HDMI at least. And to top it off having only a 6” cord for the input? The device works fine but I want to slap whoever designed this.

Allows me to do everything with one piece of equipment
This is hands down the best USB dock I've bought. The little switches on the sides are perfect for turning devices on/off without having to unplug them. It never overheats like other dongles. It can either be plugged into the wall to provide its own power or plugged into your laptop if you need it to work on the go, making it portable. I never have any connection issues with my laptop. Great if you're making music and you need to plug in different midi controllers, audio equipment, and charge your phone at the same time. The six ports means you only need one spot to plug everything into.

HDMIs Stopped Working After ~6 months
Edited Review: I think Amazon makes it really hard to contact your merchant to discuss troubleshooting issues. Fortunately, the merchant/seller was able to offer me a full refund or send a new one. I opted for a new one because I really did like it when I initially had it. Hopefully, it won't have the same issue again 6 months later. I will update if that's the case. The merchant also showed me some steps, but it still didn't work on the old one. However, on the newer one it did work. Thanks!--Previous Review--Product Bought: 13 in 1 USB C Docking Station - Dual Monitor, Triple Display, 8 USB C/A Ports, Ethernet, Audio for WindowsI had bought this back in September 2023. It was working GREAT and worked with my KVM switch so it made it easy for me to switch between my work laptop and my personal desktop. I used the docking station for my work laptop since I require more USB ports. It stopped working all of a suddenly today.I know:It's not my KVM switch because the dual monitors work fine when I switch to my personal desktop. It's not the HDMI cables because when I plug each one individually into my work laptop, they still appear as an extended monitor. It's not my work laptop because it turns on and can recognize the other USB devices in the dock station. For some reason, it's ONLY the HDMI ports. Everything else like the USBs work just fine and my work laptop can recognize those. However, the HDMI ports are broken. So beware! I tried finding tech support, but it's no longer available since I am past the return window. That's what I get for being cheap. I guess I should find the original OEM dock stations for my work laptop now.I really liked the quality of the material if it did work. It's not some flimsy plastic although it could be a mix of metal and plastic. It keeps cool.

Perfect size with lots of ports
Bought to use with my laptop and it works just as intended. Doesn't seem to slow anything down and it's compact size fits nicely on my desk.

Flashing Displays based on websites
I plugged this into a Lenovo 5i Pro and two 32 inch 4K monitors. It worked immediately and it seemed to be working great then I went to Audible.com and tried to listen to a preview of a book and the external monitors went dark for a few seconds then came back on. Every time I clicked on preview, the screens flashed. Note "don't go to Audible if doing something important on computer"I continued using the dock with no other problems until I went to Amazon Music. When I tried to use the search in Amazon Music, the external monitors started flashing on and off and continued until I was able to get Amazon Music website closed. The screens freaking out on Amazon websites it most likely based on whatever is running the backend of their sites.Other than that, my only complaint is that when you start the computer or come out of sleep mode, the external displays are delayed several seconds before they come on. There is no way around this so I can accept it. I will do a little more testing with this dock and those websites but most likely I will be returning it. I can't take the chance of the screens flashing uncontrollably at an inconvenient time.
