This is my second purchase of pepper gel from Sabra.The first time I purchased I tested it out in the desert away from animals and people. After spraying a bush I couldn’t get close to it without my eyes watering. It works great and is effective. Just make sure you get use to holding it so you have muscle memory. The fingers should be in the indents.People write they carry these in their pockets or in their purses, XXX, it won’t do much good unless it is in your hand. I have mine hooked to the outside of my purse or clipped to my pants. Always available at a seconds notice.I feel comfortable walking my dog after dark, or coming come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying the gel instead of the spray. No spray back on you if you are downwind.

Got a bright colored pepper spray because it’s easier to find in my purse. I love the Sabre brand and I will be taking this on my walks or out and about. This is my second Sabre pepper spray and this type of spray is better!! It’s a safe top. Just place your thumb under and then click down!! Smooth on my hand and small enough to fit my hand!

Nice and compact

I was testing the pepper spray out on a bush, and it was working just fine until it started leaking. It leaked from the pepper spray into my hands, and I immediately wiped my hands off. I walked home, got in my bed and completely forgot about the incident. I ended up rubbing my eye and the effectiveness on the spray is ACCURATE. I can account for that. It hurt so bad and I couldn’t see, my eye was watering like crazy and it BURNED 😭😭 I can’t even imagine how painful the full effect would be.Docked star because the product leaked, not because of my stupid mistake !!!!

As dad and husband I make sure that my kids and wife have theirs all the time! As well as making sure we replace when necessary!
