WelleCo The Goddess Elixir Menopause Supplement, Hormone Balance for Women, Supports Perimenopause and Post Menopause, Helps Night Sweats, Hot Flashes, with Vitex, B Vitamins, Red Clover, 60 Capsules

I bought this after watching Ella’s video. I’ve been taking two per day for three weeks and have noticed a difference in how I feel. In full disclosure, I have been dieting as well. My skin, hair and digestion has improved. The ingredients make a great formula for women in general but definitely for menopausal issues.

I think these work??? Not a huge difference. Did one month and will continue to try one more. Nothing amazing to report though

I'm very picky about health supplements, and always examine ingredients carefully, as many advertise themselves as healthy and natural, but can sometimes have unnatural or even harmful ingredients in them, and this seems like a wonderful all-around health supplement with ingredients from natural sources that is potent and useful in addressing a variety of disease conditions or just maintaining overall good health. The ingredients appear to be from Australia, which has a reputation for having the best and most pure herbs. It definitely would do more than just help with menopause and feminine issues. I will first say the ingredients are intensely bright green and fresh in taste and smell, as well as very gentle on the stomach. They contain well over 100% of daily allowance of multiple nutrients, which is desirable IMO because most people absorb a very small portion of what they ingest with poor absorption being common. Just a few examples, and these aren't all the benefits, but red clover is good for circulation and the heart, to maintain bone density, and to balance hormones. Sea buckthorn boosts immunity, helps with weight loss, is good for skin conditions, rich in minerals and good fats, the B vitamins (B1, B2, B6) are good for the brain & nervous system, are anti-inflammatory, improve cellular health, are anti-aging, improve mood, boost metabolism and energy, burn fat, help muscles and heart health. Eleuthero and hops improves cognition, focus, and help with stress and anxiety, although hops can promote sleep so if you have any sleepiness with this, I would take it in the evening instead. I've been taking it in the morning and have had plenty of energy so the other ingredients may make up for it. It also contains vitamin E a strong antioxidant that helps heal blood, brain, and skin cells, as well as is good for the skin and promotes absorption. And pantothenic acid promotes energy & metabolism. So this seems like a great plant-based natural broad-spectrum health supplement you could take almost like a multivitamin.

I was excited to try these, but not impressed, especially with how expensive they are. I have indigestion whenever I take them (I tried w and without food). Whatever the capsule is made from is odd - I can feel it go down my esophagus, which I e never had with any other pill/vitamin. I’m going back to a different brand.

I started taking these about 3 weeks ago. In that time I haven't seen any results, noticed any changes, etc.I am almost 35, and I have been starting to have symptoms of perimenopause. I really notice night sweats, and hot / cold flashes at times. I am just starting to look for ways to help combat some of the symptoms.I am continuing to take this, as I am sure this is something that needs more time to work. As of right now, I'm in the gray area of knowing if this is worth spending your money on or not. I will say that these are easy to swallow and give no after tastes.

I get hot flashes and night sweats regularly. The WelleCo supplements are easy to swallow and did not cause any adverse side effects such as bloating or nausea. The capsules were sealed and there was no scent in the container. I took the suggested dose and they actually decreased my night sweats. I don't get regular hot flashes so it is more difficult to tell if it is having an affect. The price point is high but I think the Goddess Elixir is worth the cost.

I have felt the positives since taking these pills. While I am peri menopausal, I deal with hot flashes as well as wonky menstrual cycles. I feel like these pills have evened out my period a bit. It has been more regular than it had been. It also made it not as bad. I have noticed a difference in the intensity and number of hot flashes that I have. I was having one almost every night and now it is only a couple times a week and not as bad. No need to put a towel down or change the sheets from sweat since using. These definitely make a difference with this part of the lifecycle.

Had zero effect on my hot flashes and no other benefits that I could discern.
