Quick and easy setup; great functionality and appearance; well made
I'm very pleased with this clock. The overall appearance is clean and simple. The digits are more than large enough for me to see at a distance even with my aging eyes. Setup was quick and easy. You'll need a total of 4 AA batteries (2 for the clock and 2 for the outdoor sensor). The batteries are not included. The sensor has a good range and paired with the clock quickly and easily: just insert batteries and wait a minute or two for the sensor to pair with the clock. You need to insert the batteries into the sensor first, then put them in the clock. My only quibble is that the "forecast" icon is a bit hard to read at a distance. It's not a big deal since the "forecast" is just a guess since the sensor on this model doesn't collect nearly enough data to formulate an actual forecast. I would have preferred that it displayed something more accurate/useful, such as the phase of the moon, or just used the space for a larger indoor/outdoor temp display. But, not a big deal and it doesn't detract from the overall utility of the clock.I have other La Crosse atomic clocks and they have never let me down in terms of functionality and longevity -- my oldest Lc Crosse atomic clock is nearly 20 years old and still going strong. They cost a bit more, but are a better value since they last longer than cheaper brands. Five stars

Outside sensor
I had one of these by the same company that made this one and it was great and until it stopped working, outside sensor died, I didn't realize how much I relied on it. I got it in 2012, cannot remember exactly who, but not from Amazon. So, I searched on Amazon and there it was and made by the same company as my original so bought it. It arrived and I set the time and then put the outside by it for a few hours and when it was close to the inside temperature, I put the sensor outside in same place had it before and it worked fine. Very happy with it and now know where I can get it if ever need another.

Clock Stays On
This clock continuously displays, not like others that have to be woken up to see the time. After many years, my previous clock identical to the replacement failed. This clock has all the features wanted.

Works great but display could use improvement.
This is a great clock and is very accurate is all respects. However, if you are not viewing it at the perfect angle it is hard to see.I have it in my bathroom and it has not been affected by water condensation.

Replacement for my 20 year old model
Our last LaCross weather station like this lasted 20 years. Gives you all the info you need at a glance. You can read it from across a large room.If you’re not looking for a weatherman’s geek station with tons of information, this is your unit.

Good Value
Good value. Replacing an older model that times out at the end of the year. (2025)

Clock is accurate, loses connection to outside temperature sensor
The clock is well designed, easy to look at.It syncs successfully with the atomic clock transmissions out of Colorado without any problem, but it consistently has issues with the outside sensor, which is only about 15 feet away. The sensor is placed against the outside wall, and there is pretty much a direct line to the clock. I've only had it for a couple of months, the battery in the sensor is still fresh
