Superb quality magnetic catches. So much better than the usual cheap plastic ones that distort when you tighten the mounting screw. Stainless steel so used in bathroom for bath panel with opening.

Just what I wanted. Really strong and well made. The adhesive pads are really useful and strong enough to hold on the right surface. My only criticism, and the reason for 4 star rating is that the heads of the screws supplied were too big for the countersunk holes so they stayed proud which affected the performance of the catch. I replaced with my own screws for a better fit. Having said that I would buy again.

The magnet is very strong, which is not a problem if you are screwing it in. However I attached it with silicone sealant inside an acrylic box, so the magnet was a little too strong. To counter this, I turned the magnet facing the opposite way so that the connection was with the back of it which is a bit weaker and less likely to rip it off.

Magnet so easy to Use, they Perform really well, they are very strong and have good strength of pull, they’re just the right Size and easy to clean, very robust

I used these to hold an internal French door one top and one bottom .The slightest draught separates the magnets .I've ordered some heavy duty ones in the hope they will do the job .

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered with a thought in mind and after read some reviews here...leading to a quizzical face on these shoulders!I wanted as child deterrents in lower cabinets here (cleaning products and the like)..they arrived and I personally found them very easy to install and very secure and have done the job exceptionally well...have since installed the left overs in the pack on jewellery and make up cases and also on the medication cabinet too.Personally I think they are excellent and had no issues installing via line up and marker points then slight predrilled and attach with the correct size positive screwdriver additionally attaching the large magnetic first to the main stationery piece of unit attachment then line up the small flat magnet to the open/Close component. Cheaper than others I've has before and to be honest a lot more viable and acute function to many other more expensive ones which was well received here.

The spacing of the screws is slightly grater than the plastic version but still accepts the same holes.The plastic ones deteriorate from the sun's UV light and eventuallybreak.

I wanted to add a magnet and strike plate to a baby gate and this works great. Screwed the magnet to the bottom of a metal baby gate and screwed the strike plate to a baseboard which now holds the baby gate open when desired. The different directions/angles of the screws and magnet were perfect for my purposes to screw under the baby gate.
