This is a great vacuum sealer. I have used it a lot. Perfect for vaccuming meat for freezing. I also make a lot of curry sauces & seal them in bags which I can then either freeze or leave in the fridge without the smell permeating. Great for not wasting food. Buy this, you wont regret it.

This is what came in my box. The sealer, a selection of bags, power cord, and an accessory hose.The front most metal strip is the heat sealing strip. This seals bags. The drip tray is where the very end of vacuum bags will go during the vacuum sealing process. This tray is not removable, you wipe it out to clean it. If you’re sealing something most, you’ll want to make sure to choose that setting on the control panel to minimize liquid being drawn out.For anythyyou wish to also dray as you can select the dry setting. That gets you a stronger vacuum. The round button toward the left engages the vacuum pump. This is used in combination with the accessory hose.To engage a bag for vacuum sealing you place it in the machine and press down on the lid until it locks into place. The button toward the right side is used to disengage the lid after it’s been locked.I tried seeling and drying a rub I had made and it worked really well as per the final 2 photos.This is a generally well priced machine and well built. The accessory tube is a really nice touch.I cannot recommend this enough if you are looking for a compact effective vacuum seeler.

Used the bags provided by the manufacturer with no problems. In the Amazon, information option to buy extra rolls 30/38/22 cm width. In Inkbird Vacum Sealer info says fits up to 11.8" width sealer bags. Later in the description states thanks to it's large seal length of 30cm can Vacum seal more than one bag simultaneously. Bought food sealer roll 30cm x 6 metre pack of 2 thinking it would fit. Calculated 11.8" is 29.97 cm, measured width Vacum bag roll 30cm. Measured width recess to hold roll 29.6 cm, there are also several protruding plastic lips on the inside on each side approx 5 mm reduced total width 1 cm max width of bag would be 28.5 cm to move freely & cutter to operate. Not sure if a 6 metre roll would be to high for the lid to lock properly for the sealing heating element to work.Returned my spare rolls to Amazon received a refund.Go metric saves a lot of confusion but the Americans will still use their feet & inches.Apart from that Sealer worked Great really appreciate the Pulse function.

I bought this as an upgrade from my existing lidl machine as it wasn't great with wet items. This solves that problem and the integrated cutter is useful and saves wasting your bags

This is exactly what I have been looking for! With being a butcher and a having a catering bbq business this helps to keeps produce fresh. It does exactly what it should do. It’s easy to use too.

Used a dozen times then stopped working

Disclaimer: I was sent this as a review unit by Inkbird. However I provide impartial reviews.Unit arrived timely and is well packaged within its box. Accessories include the AC lead, a spare sealing strip for the main unit (a great addition), a vacuum hose (I assume for sealing bottles?), instructions, 5 x bags for vacuum sealing and a roll for vacuum sealing too.In my opinion the unit looks smart. It has a nice brushed steel finish to the top and the buttons are clearly labelled with nice visible LED's. Instructions have a couple of spelling mistakes but nothing that isn't obvious to work out.In testing the unit worked great. Very easy to set up and use. The addition of a guillotine type cutter on the top makes cutting bags to your desired size from the roll included a breeze. Seal one end, pop in your food to vacuum pack and place the other end in the unit. Press the lid down firmly with a nice click and then use the desired function.You can seal only or vac and seal (which has two settings - one for dry food and one for moist). Both worked flawlessly out of the box and vacuumed and sealed well. There's also a stop button that immediately ends any current ongoing process. Nice to have incase you misplace the bag or you've got food escaping for some reason.Longevity I haven't tested as yet. Having only received the unit a week ago I've not had a huge amount to vac and seal up. It certainly feels solidly built (more so than others I have tried in the past). Time will tell and I will update my review accordingly.Overall, a great little vacuum sealing unit.

The media could not be loaded. The Inkbird VS06 vacuum sealer has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I love that it’s wireless, so I’m not tied to a power socket once charged, making it incredibly convenient to use anywhere. The controls are straightforward, and the display clearly shows progress and battery life.The included extras, like the container attachment and spare parts, were a pleasant surprise. The locking mechanism works well, and the sealing process is smooth once you ensure the foam seal is in place. Sealing cheese and other foods has never been easier—I'm excited to start vacuum sealing leftover barbecue food to eat later!Highly recommend.
