Absolutely gleaming product.It was a "get the old tv from attic" situation. Absolutely melted tv remote. Bought this. Read the "no complex set up just point and click at the tv" rolled my eyes thinking for a tenner "be reyt".Popped out of the box. Pointed at the fossil tv. Ping... Immediately worked and synced to the firestick and now can do it all from one remote. Gleaming.. flawless buy. Im writing this at 22.38 as i wanted to write a review the second it worked. Good stuff

Good product

Great remote, good price, speedy delivery, works out of the package, even came with batteries. Have bought four of these in the past months, our dog looks at them as a great new toy, and if we are not paying attention while watching tv they are fair game and crunched in moments. So we need a new one asap and this seller provides that. Happy tv watching!!

It’s a good replacement but the shortcut buttons do not work ie Netflix, Prime Video and Rakuten tv.

This remote has various models providing different short cuts, (e.g. Netflix) so be sure to select the best option for your use. I am pleased with my unit. It is much better than the basic remote provided with the purchase of my large Samsung TV screen which I use as my computer monitor as well as a TV.

My remote was not doing it's job. After changing the batteries , switching the tv on and off etc, I bought a new controller. This didn't work so obviously it must be the tv receptor. After lengthy calls to Samsung I arranged for an engineer to come, I paid up front £209 [ phew ] And was told the engineer would come 15 days later!! The next day around 2pm, my wife was watching the tv , to my surprise she lowered the sound , I took hold of the controller and managed to switch off and on the tv!. Woah. I paid for an engineer to come and sort it out whilst my dear wife has been turning it on and sorting the sound the this " defunct" controller. The "new one isn't doing the job. Vey strange!
