Q: Will my rabbit easily chew a hole in this?

Its made of good nylon. So it may not chew thru easily. But if your rabbit is a chewer. Its possible. The floor is the least durable of construction.

Q: Can you use it for a lizard

I really don't know but I don't think it would be a good selection for a lizard. Then again I guess it would depend on the size and type of lizard. Look at the specifications a little better before you make a decision.

Q: Could this be used as a permanent rabbit pen??

This is way to small for a permanent pen and if you were going to leave it outside your rabbit could die because another animal or bugs could get to your rabbit. This should only be used as a playpen while supervising your rabbits and nothing else. I am not saying that this is bad, in fact I love the concept of this, but it should ONLY be used as a playpen while your rabbit is supervised.

Q: Has anyone used this as a brooder for new chicks with a heat plate?

Yes and it works great. Just as a precaution, I would put something heavy in the corners to keep it from collapsing such as bricks or cut up 4x4 boards.
