It is super important to get Extreme pro. These cards are used by pro photographers because their failure is close to none. I did one card fail. I sent it to Sandisk and sent me a new one. But this only works on the Extreme pro's. Check the small print to see if they still honor this. Also be aware there are knock offs that look exactly like the real thing. Check videos on YouTube to tell the difference.

OK, first world problem... but this is a first world item, so no apologies. Received in two days, per Prime, and all is good. Better than good, too, because I got better than advertised. But what gets me is the crap shoot this item is- you NEVER know what you are gonna get until you get it. And I find that inexcusable....As expected, this is a 64 Gig card. It is (correctly!) a U3 and V30. But this was an A2 card, not the A1. Since this is a 16 dollar inmprovement, why am I bitching? Because I expect what I order.... and this item is notorious for NOT being what it is advertised as. And since the A2 version is concurrently on Amazon, I find it weird I was upgraded.So I say Amazon get it together- ship what you advertise. If I cant know and expect to get what I order, then Amazon loses my trust- even when the item is BETTER than what I expected!

I've always used SanDisk Extreme Pro cards for the quality and warranty. That's a no-brainer. But I'm going to give a shout out to CWP Online, who replied quickly to my email, which accused them of selling a counterfeit card. I have been bitten by counterfeit cards THREE times now. After failing in my drone, I was quick to jump to the false assumption that this card was counterfeit. Their reply assured me the card was genuine. So I went back to the drawing board and reformatted the card in the WINDOWS environment. Apparently "formatting" via the drone does NOT do an actual format, but merely erases all files and then rebuilds the folder structure. Lesson learned. Good on you, CPW Online! I will use you again for all my SanDisk purchases.

There aren't that many memory cards on GoPro's 'vendor recommended' list for the Hero 6. I've always trusted SanDisk and sure enough, these work perfectly.Just as an aside, when I tried to format an Ultra card, even though it is Class 10, the card failed. Thank goodness for SanDisk's lifetime warranty - it went back for a replacement. In the response to my RMA request, I got this message from SanDisk:"Thank you for submitting your online RMA request. We would like to inform you that we recommend to use Extreme Line of cards with high end professional cameras like GoPro Hero as they provide the best speed and are best for recording HD and 4K videos." So there you go.

After reading other reviews I was concerned that I may not get the correct item. I checked the bar-code. I was pleased that the item is what I ordered. I put it in my camera, Nikon d 7100, and set it to continuous mode. I was able to get 40 shots without the camera slowing down. It would have taken more, but I didn't find that necessary. I try doing the same thing on my older micro sd card Sandisk ultra plus 32gb. That card started off okay, but it started to slow down. You could hear a delay.I wanted a card that would record faster and this card does exactly that. I'm happy with my purchase.
