Better built than the online pictures indicate. I was looking for the smallest, strongest, lightest weight, with good scissors and pliers I could find. This is perfect. It is as small as it could be while still being large enough to be gripped well and function well. The blade is sharp and spring loaded pliers and scissors are terrific making use far more comfortable. Also, I'm not paying for extra attachments that take up space and drive up price. Very pleased.

It has a solid build, bit heavy, but expected due to the solid materials used. Scissors work well and is definitely useful for cutting through thicker materials even my Swiss army and leatherman multitool scissors have hard time cutting through. However, really thin and delicate materials such as synthetically coated plastic bags were a bit more challenging to cut through, due to the thin material just wedging in between the scissor blades, rather than shearing through it. When you hold the flimsy material taught on both ends, the scissor cuts right through without an issue. I found the scissor more useful than not and is larger than the ones that come with even many full sized multitools. The plier is also well made and useful, though not nearly the size you'll get from a full size multitool. The knife blade is sharp and cuts well, as is the can and bottle opener. Haven't tried the file yet. The flat phillip's screwdriver works surprisingly well. I used it to tighten my loose door handle. Unfortunately, the coating was mildly marred after that short use at the tip of the screwdriver. Nothing to worry about in my opinion. It retained its factory shape after use and that's what matters. I used a star screwdriver to remove the knife blade, so I could take it with me on my flights. I fly twice a month, and through several trips at various airports, I had been stopped only once at the security checkpoint for further inspection. After opening every tool on it, and seeing no knife blade in it, they just gave me the ok to carry on my merry way. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase. It permanently lives in my AER sling bag I carry with me on every flight I set on. I just use the blade on my scissor to improvise if and when I really need something to cut with. Though not nearly as useful as an actual knife blade.

The Swiss Army knife has always been my EDC (everyday carry) multi tool until I purchased the Nextool EDC Keychain Multi Tool, 10-in-1 mini pocket knife multi tool with needle nose pliers and scissors. In fact, I liked it so much I ordered one for my Wife. In my opinion the pliers and certainly the scissors are superior to those found on most Swiss Army knives. In addition to these tools, this multi tool has a knife, Phillips and slotted screwdrivers, a file, a bottle opener, and a can opener (photos). A SIM card pin is one additional tool that would be nice and not appreciably change the size of the tool. How often have you found yourself looking for a pin or a paper clip to reset some electronic device? I noticed that the Mini Sailor S11 Pro 12-in-1 EDC multi tool has a SIM card pin. Perhaps the next generation 10-in-1 multi tool will be an 11-in-1 multi tool with this SIM pin added.PROS• Nice, seemingly well-built 10-in-1 EDC multi tool including decent pliers/wire cutter.• Compact and lightweight.• This multi tool includes one of the best scissors I have seen in a compact multi tool.• The tools include a bottle and can opener.CONS• The addition of a SIM card pin would be a very useful addition without markedly changing the size or weight of this multi tool.

It's a 10 in 1 which means it can serve almost any immediate use you need. Comes with scissors, knife, nail file, pliers, needle nose pliers, wire cut / stripper, can opener, bottle opener, flat head screwdriver, philips screw driver. Whatever your immediate needs are this thing can handle it. I'm very impressed. the size is almost perfect. Can easily fit in your pocket and on your key chain. It will make your keychain look bulky though. This is my second of three Nextools (I have this same model in the "dark color"). I wasn't really happy with the finish on the dark color, but not so much that I was going to replace it. And then I lost the dark colored one, so that gave me the reason to get this one (side note: I later found the dark colored one). Anyway...I like the fit and finish on this one MUCH better than the dark color. That might just be a perception thing, though. The dark color model is still a great tool.I love the complement of tools on this and for those who love scissors, this tool has very good scissors.Fun fact: The Leatherman removable bit driver fits over the Philips driver blade nicely. See the attached picture. This makes the tools much more versatile.The only two things that keep me from carrying it all the time is that this is SLIGHTLY larger and SLIGHTLY heavier than the Mini Sailor. The Mini Sailor is closer in size and weight to the Gerber Dime which I used to carry until and blew out the spring on the pliers.I my mind, this is tool (and the Mini Sailor) is much better than my previous Leatherman Style PS, Style CS, Squirt, or Gerber Dime... but time will tell. It feels better built. More substantial. The fit and finish are really good for a tool this price.Stay tuned.The realization that the this tool accommodates the Leatherman removable bit driver, however, may be the thing that causes me to carry it more over the Mini Sailor.
