Wouldn't Get Warm - Maybe I was Lucky?
I was excited to get these to use nightly to help a lotion and oil treatment penetrate my dry fingernails. I plugged these in and they wouldn't get warm. It was only after that that I came back to the listing and looked at the reviews and saw pix of melted mitts and worse. I'm glad mine didn't work. I looked at the product and no UL label. I guess it's hard to find items today that are certified but I've never given it much thought. I'm still looking for something else.

It works but beware
I find myself buying a new pair each year for the past three years. As a person with crippling cold feet, this product has been super helpful yet at the same time it’s not a perfect solution. Does it heat up enough to melt my cold feet? ABSOLUTELY….! The problems are that it gets so hot that if the two booties touch, they tend to burn ( or melt). So that could be dangerous. The other problem is that it doesn’t have a snug fit so wearing it loosely feels weird. In the end it does solve the cold feet problem, but be realistic about its usage and longevity.
