This little vest fits the small dogs perfectly with a little give. My dog is a 6.8lb Yprkie and the extra small is perfect. It can go tighter on the velcro and the clip will secure the two D hooks together. I would say the extra small would be good for a 5-8lb dog but I would check other reviews to get a sense for sizing. If you have a 10lb dog the XS would never work. But it fits around very confortable like stretch clothing might and the hooks together will contain the pup with no constriction or pulling at the neck which can be a problem for Yorkies in particular. I really love this harness and it was amongst the most affordable.....

I have a 4 1/2 pound Yorkie. His chest measures about 11 1/2 inches. I ordered an extra small and it is perfect! It could fit a smaller dog. Also, I like the push button to release the harness... much easier than pinching the plastic clasp. Great price! I ordered multiple ones... for the car, the truck, the RV and home!

This was so easy to put on I appreciate that. However I’m giving it 4 stars because the snap part broke. China was very hard on it so I’m not sure on how best the material was

I got a cavalier puppy and needed a harness to walk them. This harness is perfect! Its soft, doesn't choke, seems very durable, and is easy to put on and take off and doesn't get in the way. This is definitely worth the cost.

XS size fit my 3lb pup. Now she’s up to 5lb and it still fits. The harness has Velcro to adjust place a snap to secure it. The harness and leash are well made.

I purchased nthe extra small. Unfortunately it was too small for my 6 lb Yorkie. I have order the next size up. I like the design, but unfortunately, not enough information was given about sizing.

Very good quality. Was just a tad too big for my dog but she is a puppy and waiting for her to grow into it.
