Helps with my legs pain
My legs are aching all the time which would also affect my sleeping. I received this machine few days ago and couldn't wait to use, even if it provides some temporary relief it would be worth it. I spent a relaxing half hour having my legs squeezed and massaged and I could feel an instant difference. I had a great day managed to walk with very little discomfort. I used it again before bed and had the best night's sleep I've had in over 9 months. I am delighted I bought it for so many reasons, it's easy to use, it can be taken with you if your travelling and used it wherever you want. The benefits of reducing pain and increasing circulation is already showing me benefits. It literally takes 3sec to set up, choose your setting and the machine does the rest...you will be relaxing before you know it.

I wish I could get my money back
It worked for a week. I noticed the lights were very dim on the black box that the legs plug into. After a week it stopped charging. At first I assumed it was the charging cable. So I tried three different cables. None worked. It won’t even turn in with the charging cable that came with it. The black box doesn’t hold a charge or turn on. I’m past my window of retuning it by a month. I wasted time buying new charging cables thinking that would fix it. I finally realized I was simply given a deceptive product and it was pretty expensive so it’s not like I’m going to turn around and buy a new one. Very disappointed to say the least bc I really needed these for my leg pains.

Good for after exercise massage and arthritic pain.
This is one of the most important air pressure massager I have ever purchased. I have arthritis in my legs and knees. The air pressure massager massagers my muscles relieving the swelling, tingling pain. The only drawback is that it doesn’t adequately massage my knees

I like it but not for the value.
What I liked is that I can feel the pressure it gives when it fills up in the lower legs and the feet. I did not like how hard it is to put on or how cumbersome it was to put on the first few times. But once you have the size of the feet and lower calves then it can be put on like slip on boots then close up the upper calves knees and thigh velcro. Its a bit easier but If you have immobility issues then I would not recommend this one for you. I would purchase simple boot ones and the hand messager instead. I also liked the controller which was very easy to use and I didnt even read instructions for the controller but I would recommend reading then you can take full advantage of the different options better. I just hate how long it takes to put them on and I believe they are too much for the price. Over all they hard to put on but they do compress the legs pretty good. I would recommend if cheaper and the person can move around. I would not recommend to a person who has mobility issues unless someone can help them because it does take long time to put them on. I am a large person and the thighs have two sizers to help add extra large size for those of us with large thighs.

May be OK for some people
First, the quality, construction, and ease of use are good. I saw the reviews saying that it was like a blood pressure cuff repeating and thought that wasn't really a bad thing as I just came out of the hospital where they had a special device compressing and decompressing my calves that really worked wonders. Well, this was misleading in several ways. The air pump is too small and inefficient to really pump anything up fast and when the volume was finally pumped up enough for pressure, it really didn't release like a blood pressure cuff. After looking at the different leg compressors on Amazon, they seem to basically have the same strategy but I, of course, haven't tried them. I still think that these could work for some people that don't really need a leg compression but maybe something a little extra to relax while reading a book. You still have the process of putting them on and off and store them if you do that and I'm not sure the effort is worth that even though it isn't difficult.
