I ordered this treadmill and I have to say I was not disappointed it is a brilliant treadmill and packed with features. really easy to assemble and could not complain its exactly what I needThe treadmill is self is sturdy and well builtI would 100% recommend (it has to be good I don't leave a lot of reviews so this shows to me proves I was impressed)I ordered the treadmill and it arrived but I was foolish and didn’t think about the space where this machine would go and sadly I didn’t have the room in my house I want to stress 100% its my faultI contacted Branx and they arranged collection for me seamlessly and the customer service person I was dealing with was amazing and responsive and really helpful and friendly couldn't fault the service one bitas it was my fault I expected a restocking fee and what have you as I said totally my fault and Branx didn’t have to be as helpful and friendly as they have been they have rang me and messaged me and kept in touch during the whole process and for that I thank everyone I have dealt withthe Man I spoke with yesterday wasn’t put off by my parrot wanting to join the conversation yesterdayI personally am a fan of Branx Fitness they have been amazing and as soon as they release their line of walking pads I will 100% be returning to make a purchase the customer experience has been amazing and truly they didn’t have to be it was my errorI want to thank everyone and Branx and from the experience I have had I would 100% recommend the product and the service providedThank you for being so helpful and responsive and I apologise for my error but please send me the info of your walking pads and expect and order from me in the future

I left it a couple of weeks before writing this review, as I wanted to ensure the reliability before posting a review. Myself and the family have used the Branx treadmill every day for two weeks now, and other than a couple of adjustments to the tension early on to get the belt running straight, we have had no issues so far with reliability. The machine needs lubricating with the oil supplied every couple of weeks or so, and this is really easy to do.I did a lot of research into treadmills before deciding on this one, and I am so glad I chose this one, it has far exceeded my expectations. The auto incline feature is brilliant - I have discovered a YouTube channel that does really fun treadmill workouts with incline intervals, and these workouts wouldn’t be possible without this feature.The only suggestion I could make for improvement would be a pause button. I have had a couple of workouts interrupted by deliveries arriving mid workout, and the first time I pressed stop and then realised that I had lost all my workout data. The second time it happened I had to quickly drop the speed down to minimum and jump off to avoid pressing stop. But this is a very minor point.All in all I am very pleased with this treadmill and would recommend!

No problems with delivery or erecting, really easy. I’ve had to adjust the mat twice in three uses but that’s probably me not tightening it efficiently the first time. I have already done an inaugral run at lunch time!Already I am blown away with the quality of this machine. Being used to proffesional gym equipment, I was somewhat skeptical how good a home treadmill would be (this is my first home treadmill). My fears were quashed after only 10 steps! It has an excellent sturdy platform and the features surpass what I hoped for.But more importantly, I feel I have chosen the right supplier. As a customer, throughout the whole process, you have left me feeling I have been really taken care of by a company who really cares about its products, but more importantly, your customers.
