Possibly the best headlight ever!
I have been using Nebo lights for many years, one of them is 10 years old, still works like the day I bought it. I've also been using headlights for years, but couldn't even begin to count how many I've gone through. Some failed the first time I used them.As I was lamenting the short life of my last one, and reflecting on the annoyance of dysfunction leading to failure (how long I put up with crap before writing it off) the thought occurred to me: wouldn't it be cool if Nebo made one? A quick google search, shezam, my wish come true.Amazon put one in my hands the next day! The Nebo Transcend is everything I expected it to be, it is truly excellent! The usual Nebo quality is evident, it is elegant and precise. On its "high" setting it absolutely bathes everything within several steps with white light. For things within arm's reach (my primary use case) high is overkill, "low" is more than enough -- and it lasts for 28 hours on that setting!I haven't owned it long enough to speak to it's durability, but I have no doubt it will perform like a Nebo always does. The elastic band might've been a concern, elastic only lasts so long, but I see the rest of the industry wasted no time aping Transcend's form factor and tilt mechanism, there are 3rd party replacement bands to be had for $3, so this isn't a concern. The only other thing I wanted to say is about another reviewer crying about charging port lifetime. He clearly is not well informed about current battery standards. This light uses a standard rechargeable battery known as the 18650, made by literally hundreds of makers. The charging port, built into the battery, is an extension of that spec. New ones are out there for less than $10 (be sure the milliamp hours match or exceed the original.)If the charging port fails you have a couple of options: you could replace the battery with one just like it, or you could buy a cheap 18650 charger and charge it out of the light -- no big deal, you have to remove the battery to expose its charging port anyway.A stand-alone charger would likely maintain the battery better, charging circuitry on the battery is limited by space. Decent chargers do extensive charge-state analysis and tailor the charge operation accordingly. It would also set you up to carry replacement batteries that lack the charging port (cheaper, more plentiful, bigger ma/h capacity -- I have some with 9800 ma/h capacity.)And you may even find you already own other devices with the same battery type, this gives you a solution to charging problems on any of them! Nebo even offers replacement batteries with their brand on them. Discarding this fine light for charging issues is highly wasteful and (as opposed to this headlight) not very bright.Addendum: I've now owned this light for more than a year, I still love the light. The headband, otoh, just sucks! It's now stretched out almost long enough to go around my waist and its adjustment will not hold. Moments aga I wrapped a piece of duct tape around the bands to keep it in place, and I ordered a compatible one from another maker. For a maker of such fine products to provide this abomination of a band, it's difficult to fathom.

Very bright, long lasting.
These are great! We use them on early morning hikes or spelunking.

One of the best things I have ever bought on Amazon, and the best headlamp I have ever used, by far.
It was shipped fast and delivered with no problems. I've had a lot of different brands of headlamps, but most of them were less than great. The Nebo Transcend 1500 is exceptional. The build quality and design are better than expected, and far better than any other headlamp I've ever used. The controls and functions are simple and intuitive, and easy to memorize. Some people don't like headgear that don't have a top strap, but it's not a problem with this headlamp. It's easily adjustable and comfortable, and it stays put pretty well. As for the brightness, it is completely sufficient on the medium setting for normal everyday things, and the High setting is WAY bright. I have a bicycle light that uses a 4-cell battery pack and is ridiculously bright, and this nearly matches it with only one cell. The Turbo level is even brighter, but hardly seems necessary. I can't really imagine a scenario where this headlamp isn't more than enough to do the job very well.It comes with a rechargeable 18650 cell that is slightly longer than a standard button-top (due to the Type-C charging port), but my 18650 cells that I use in other devices fit easily and work well in this headlamp. I haven't used it for extended periods yet, so I don't know how long the battery lasts. It's not super important, though, considering the fact that standard 18650 cells will fit, and it's easy enough to swap one out if necessary. I can't think of a single thing about it to criticize, and for this very low cost, it's an unmatched value. I will probably buy one or two more. It’s pretty great to find something so excellent for such a good price.

This light is legit.
Needed a new headlamp for my hard hat and stumbled on this guy. Reviews were pretty positive so I figured give it a shot. We'll worth the money. 3 different brightness settings, a strobe and turbo setting. Lol. Been using it regularly on jobsites for a few weeks now and haven't had to recharge it yet. It has cool magnetic on one side so you can use it in odd angles. This light is extremely durable as I dropped it from 30 feet in the air in a boom lift. Thought for sure it was destroyed, minus a small ding the edge the light still works perfectly. I would say the only down side is the odd sized battery which despite it being labeled an 18650, it is a bit longer than a standard one. I like having a few extra on hand so don't have to wait to charge.
