The media could not be loaded. Update: if it stops working wash inside it with some hand soap because of oil build up.First day of use and very pleased with this diffuser! Easy to set up, big water capacity and useful options! The room (medium) smelled gorgeous within seconds, I used lavender drops and the mist is strong! It hardly makes any noise and started defusing as soon as it was plugged in (no time to heat up or something, because that’s what I expected!).

Great item! Works very well. Love that it has a remote controll so you aren’t fiddling, lights can be changed or completely turned off. Very easy to use and great value for money.

this is attractive and the jet of aroma may be aimed. however 2 things to consider *you do need a good quality essential oil to use in this and *the top is a little too big for my medium/small size hands to grasp fully making it difficult to open. the power lead fits into the underside, so is difficult if you have already filled it. it is quiet and has an auto shut off when the water has gone. if you have it set on intermittent, one fill lasts all day. a bit of getting used to but i am pleased with it.

Lovely diffuser,easy to set up and use.The remote is very strait forward and the lights are delightful.The timer is brilliant for controlling the mist.

The diffuser is great, but the essential remote control stopped working just after a month which means (according to Amazon) I have no recourse. The remote itself is just a very cheap thin remote which would probably cost about 50p to manufacture. But I cannot contact the seller and the Amazon system stops me from going any further because it's a month old and thinks I want a refund - which I dont, just a replacement remote.It is very irritating because the diffuser is in the bedroom far wall so I can't turn it off without getting out of bed making it quite useless for what I wanted it forSuch a shame because it's worth the money but let down by a remote control (which is essential IMO)Without the remote all you can do is turn it on and off. The other features are unavialable

The media could not be loaded. Bought this after my last one sadly gave up the ghost. I must admit I was a bit reluctant at first due to the price being so low, but omg it's proven me wrong. It's a brilliant bit of kit, so easy to use, comes with remote control, looks lovely when it's lit up, I like the option of having light listening or full mist and it's awesome quality and is making my home smell lovely again. I have 2 dogs so this really is a god's end to help to keep the flat smelling lovely. Will most definitely be buying another for our boat. Would highly recommend this to anyone anstong a lovely smelling home. I use the oils that smell like ladies perfume and mens aftershave and it really does make a huge difference to the smell.

Stopped working withing 24 hours of having it delivered. Worked fine at fist but now it has decided not to create any mist.
