Matched the specs of the old one
Worked out great as a replacement in a small wine cooler unit, it was slightly wider than the bad one but was able to fit it in.

Address Sign or Address Lamp
I replaced my porch light with a address light and needed a transformer. The instructions said to use a 12v or 16v transformer. 16v? That doesn’t make sense to me. Home Depot only had 16v available so I used that and it didn’t work. I’m glad the bulbs didn’t fry (assuming it was 12v bulbs). I ordered this 12v transformer and it works fine. And yes, I did use a multimeter. You should always use one and check your breakers.

Did it’s job
Purchased for use with small light above garage to let known that light in garage was on. Needed the conversion for power. It works, does its job.

This was not powerful enough for my application..
I was needing a 110 volt to 12 volt conversion with a 10 amp rating. This one was not powerful enough tfor my application. No fault to the seller. I just miss understood the specs on this transformer.

Bench test the voltage output before installing
This transformer puts out 15volts not 12 volts. Did not think to check before install and fried my stereo
