Gorgeous
I thought this was going to be a little bigger. It is truly for an infant. I will still give it 5 stars though. I also purchased the BEABA Geneva Diaper Bag.

Diabetic Freedom at the Fair!
Planning to go to the state fair and everyone is talking about what foods will be there and what they will eat. The diabetic blood testing device and syringe do not need to be refrigerated. However, the insulin does need to be refrigerated, making it hard to stay away from home, be very active, and eat out-of-the-ordinary foods. You can see from the container that a syringe, without the needle attached, will just barely fit. Add in the insulin and the needle to make this a portable cooler that can fit in a purse. Put in some ice in a zippered bag if you are worried. My sister recommends leaving it open in the refrigerator the night before so the inside of the thermos is cold. I'm thinking zippered bag of water left in the thermos while it is in the refrigerator would make a good cold pack. Then the water acts as a padding to keep the insulin bottle from being knocked against the metal wall.Long story short, my sister and I can spend the day at the fair without leaving the insulin at home or in a big cooler stored in a hot car.The wide mouth of the thermos makes this possible. The easy-open lid is great if your hands start shaking or you feel weak in the knees. Then again, you could just take ice cream in it.

Works well
I got the BEABA Stainless Steel Insulated Food Jar, 10 oz in Eucalyptus. This is a lovely green color. This jar seals nice and tight. The insulation does a good job, although I wouldn't leave this in a hot car. The performance isn't up to some of the more expensive stainless steal insulated containers, but it does a good job of keeping liquid hot or cold for a few hours.Like most stainless steel insulated containers, this is hand wash only and cannot be put in a microwave.I think this is a very pretty and useful container.

durable, sturdy, keeps hot foods hot and cold foods cold
We pack food for our baby so when we're out we can make sure baby is eating healthy, clean, home prepared meals. We've used this to store vegetables, sweet potatoes, fruits, as well as purees/liquid like yogurt and other purees. We actually have the BEABA babycook machine which we use to prepare baby's purees and softened foods, then we transfer it to this insulated food jar if we are going out with baby. This is great for storing hot or cold and will keep your items hot or cold. I've tested it out by putting hot water and hot soup in it, and it stayed hot for quite a while. This is basically a thermos for your food. Please note this is not dishwasher safe (or at least NOT recommended), and we usually hand wash items like this anyway. Very sturdy, well made, and nice color.
