This is one of those things that need to be prepared properly, but after a second attempt it worked perfectly. A few people on here say how difficult it is to prepare, and yes, you have to do it right. First time for me, the water was not hot enough to soften it but second time worked. It fits perfectly and stays in place with minimal 'getting used to'. I only use it on the lower teeth as some say it falls down from the top, but if you're careful about moulding it to your teeth then it's held in extremely well by suction. Feels odd, but not at all uncomfortable, and I sleep well with it.No complaints from me -- just sorry that some find it too difficult or painful or loose fitting. Take your time, and leave it in the almost boiling water for 15 seconds, no longer!

An amazing product at a great price. I was told back last year at my dentist that I have TMJ because of how hard I constantly grind my teeth and that I would need teeth guards to help. I was quoted £400+ so I have been saving up over the last few months to get them, but thankfully I came across this item and for the prices they are absolutely amazing! They are comfortable, thick and are very durable. They do take a while to get used to but I love them and wouldn’t be without them!

Awful. Smaller size doesnt even cover my back teeth. Bigger size i am literally choking on. Super uncomfortable and chunky.

I purchased this as the price was reasonable and I had worn away my dentist made mouth guard from over 3 years use of clenching/possible grinding in sleep. The process of making the guard was quite easy to follow, however, I ruined the first attempt by not biting hard enough to make the impression 😕 2nd attempt I did make some sort of guard, but it didn't seem to reach my back teeth even though I only have 12 teeth on the top to cover! Would say it's worth a try, but if you can afford it, get a proper dental guard made by a dentist 🦷😁

I got these because the dentist said I needed a mouth guard to stop me grinding my teeth. These were a much cheaper option than from the dentist.They are easy to mould to your teeth, although the small size was perfect until I did the moulding process and now its a bit short and doesn't cover my back teeth. At first the guard doesn't stay in my mouth very well and keeps falling out but once I'm asleep it stays in place. I couldn't use it during the day if I needed to because it would just fall out.All in all for the money its a good product.

Ok for the price, but it wouldn’t fit perfectly. I bit too hard and my tooth came through. Ok as a temporary measure.
