Worked on my CVT Transmission no longer overheats.
Works great on my 09 Nissan maxima. Now I know I am just throwing a bandaid on a bigger problem, but my CVT transmission has 309,000 miles on it. It would heat up and go into low power mode after about two hours of driving in the summer months, since I installed this in series with my radiator, I no longer have any transmission over heating problems. Let’s see how long I can ride this original transmission out now. Oil cooler was easy to install, but you will definitely need to buy an extra line because you only get one length of hose (autozone) and it won’t reach in most applications.

Easy to install and it works as intended.
It works. I tow a boat and keeping the transmission fluid cooler extends the transmission fluid life and protects the pransmission.

Works fine on 2005 Odyssey
Update 120K miles later: transmission hasn't had any problems. I change the fluid every 45K using Valvoline Maxlife. Cooler may have helped get this far but no way to be sure. Updated to 5 stars from 4 because no problems with cooler and it may have helped.I installed it at 100K to give the transmission longer life (hopefully) along with a fully fluid exchange. Had to install using plastic tabs and in front of condenser because there were no other brackets on the van that I could mount it to and I did not want to take the time to fab up a separate bracket. I also installed an in-line filter with this. Time will tell if this was worth it since I don't do any towing yet so heat has not been a problem yet. Installation was pretty straightforward but you want to go on-line and find the technician diagram for the transmission cooler lines so that you get the correct one the first try. I mounted in series with the stock cooler and after the stock cooler before going through the filter and then to the tranny. No leaks and works fine so far.

Jeep ZJ 97 Excelente
Quedo apenas, para el apretado campo que traen las ZJ, quedo bien reemplace el anterior que era mucho mas grande y ha funcionado genial, sin quejas, super recomendado.

Easy install
Easy install in my 03 Yukon. No leaks and seems to be doing the job. Will update if something changes. Can't beat the value, much cheaper here than at the parts store.

This size cooler is good enough for small cars
The media could not be loaded. Here are photos and a video to show what I did to my 2008 mitsubishi Galant fortis/ Lancer Gts.This size cooler is good enough for small cars. I completely remove the factory cooler/warmer As I live in Jamaica, no need for the warmer here, cooler adapter plate was made and then place this cooler in the original spot that the EVO X and GTS cooler sits.I did not check my temperatures prior to installation but the temp reading after the installation reads 164 degrees fahrenheit after 15 minutes run up the hill. While you are moving It will be cooler this temp check is stop and idle quick check at the time my radiator reading was 186 degrees fahrenheit and this water would normally be flowing through the factory housing which maybe hotter trans fluid so I'm cool with that. I am going to install a 7" cooling fan and tie it in with the ac fans.New update after one day My wife came home today after a 7 mile drive 3 miles on the flat in traffic and 4 miles to home in the hills and the temp was 152 degrees fahrenheit I checked these temp with a digital thermometer with the engine idling exactly as we reach home.
