These are truly the absolute best pain relief pads for my knees EVER!!!!!! I have used numerous creams and pain pads and from day 1 within about an hour of wearing these my knee pain was gone and stayed gone for almost 24b hours. The photo is showing my 2nd set I just put on.I tore the meniscus in both my knees. I had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee and it did nothing. I re-tore the meniscus in both knees and now cannot have surgery to fix them without just getting 2 knee replacements. I have tried all types of things for this sometimes unbearable pain. These patches were really a last ditch effort to find some relief, without having to wear bulky knee braces everyday.I love these and will definitely be ordering more for continued future usage. And they stay on even when I'm walking.

Relief on the go. When you just can't stop what you are doing, but need that relief on the good. Good product, very helpful when needed, enough heat generated and was comfortable to use. Would buy it again, if needed.

Help with my pain. I actually used it on my shoulder .

It did not help the pain and sometimes it would come off during the night. If it did not come off, It was hard to get off in the morning and would leave marks on my skin.

The knee patches really works on my knee. Less pain. No burning sensation on my skin. Great value for the package,

really decreased the knee pain & elminated the hip pain which helps with walking!!

Patch worked great but she was allergic to adhesive.

It really helped knee pain and I even used for my low back. Only thing strong smell but it wears off after awhile
