I use this for my dogs and sometimes myself, this is really high quality and very was to swallow, is also like that it’s the more natural form.

My dog has to take this 200 I.U. Can't always find them in the pharmacy. I just pierce the end and squeeze it in his dogfood.

It takes me at least a couple weeks to actually feel the difference one brand of vitamin makes compared to a previous brand. I have noticed a surge in my attitude, a bit more endurance in working and a quicker thought process after introducing these Solgar vitamins into my diet.I don't always consume a fully balanced meal, but always try to. Great product. I've used it for over a year now. I would rate this five stars except for the fact it took nearly two weeks (13 days to be exact) to receive product from this seller. Not sure why it took so long.
