Product is good and working fine... the colours are very defined....

Giving this 4 stars mainly because of the price — it’s a good value for what you get, but there are some compromises.White Light Performance: This is where it shines. Bright and clean, with excellent warmth control. However, the brightness scaling is poor — even at 1%, it feels like 20%. There’s no truly dim setting, which can be a problem at night.RGB Mode: Mostly a gimmick. It's dim, and color accuracy is poor, except for primary colors. Red is the brightest, followed by green and blue. If you stick to basic RGB, it’s usable, but don’t expect rich or consistent tones.Size & Installation: It’s smaller than a regular tubelight, which caught me off guard. I initially tried double-sided tape, but it didn’t hold well. Eventually had to call Urban Company to install it properly.Connectivity: Surprisingly smooth. It works well with Smart Life (recommended over the clunky Wipro app) and syncs seamlessly with Alexa.Bottom Line: If you're mostly looking for affordable white light with smart features, it’s a solid pick. Just don’t buy it for the RGB, and be prepared to work around the installation.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I believe this is the only rgb tube light available at this price point. Everyone else is selling strips that requires a lot of DIY or plain rgb tubelights. This has dedicated white light so brightness in non-rgb mode is as good as any other tubelight. Getting the product paired with the software is tricky, but smooth sailing then onwards. Comes with customisable circadian rhythm settings and if you have Iot sensors, you can create scenes too (haven't tried this yet). Check if there's a discount on the combo pack if you are planning to buy more than one.

As the name suggests, RGB..The red light isn't working at all. There's absolutely no extra wire given for connecting. It's been barely 3 days and the tubelight stopped working. The lifespan didn't live upto the brand. The value for money waw fairly decent however I request a refund

The item pairs perfect with alexa. With voice commands with alexa, color changing is pleasure and toy like for young and old.The package should have included The relevant clip and fixture for fitting to wall,ceiling.

It's a very good product but, the delivery was not appropriate this time. The packaging was loose and the product came with a dent on it which resulted in the damge after a while. It suddenly stopped working and didn't really respond. Please improve the packaging quality.Apart from that the Light is very powerful and really really responsive and the app works amazing.The Colours are bright and looks great in photos and videos, the low intensity modes are also amazing doesn't changes the Colour shaades and your can really mix and choose a lot of colour combinations with the app toggles which is really easy to use and connect with the smart batten. And you only need one time pairing the next time it will get connected immediately when your light is on and both your device and light are connected with the same server.Just make sure your Product Come in right shape and if it doesn't, replace it immediately.The ratings are low just because of the packaging and delivery. Please take care of the AMAZON....

I have noticed that I am getting a lower electricity bill after using this tube light. Very efficient. The tubelight has a good length and weight. The look is pretty good. It is durable too. I have been using this for a year now.

Good product but I feel lighting is a little lower.
