my feet would hurt so bad that I could not get out of my car ...
I work in a hospital and on my feet about 95% of the time. After about 12+ hours, my feet would hurt so bad that I could not get out of my car when I got home. I have very high arches. I have always special ordered orthotics for my shoes, but I am just tired of spending $500. I just thought I would give this a try. When I first got them out of the box, I was disappointed at the arch support. I would not say these are for high arches - the box says for flat, medium and high. I placed them on the floor and stood on them and was a little disappointment - nothing exciting. Now, when I placed them inside my work shoes and went to work for 8 hours, there was no pain. They felt AMAZING!!! There was a true gel like cushion feel on my heels - more of a comfort than annoying. I wear Crocs to work, so the back side of shoe is open. I could hear the insole move around my shoe as my foot lifted off the floor - the blue circle your see on the underside is suppose to stick to your shoe and keep it in place, but it wasn't perfect. For $19.99 - I would buy again. I just think it is a little misleading that it is listed for low and high arches.

I've had terrible pain in the bottoms of my feet for quite a while now. It's been very debilitating. It feels like someone has been striking the bottoms of my feet with a hammer. I can actually play racquetball for a few hours without problems, but I think that's endorphins masking the pain, because an hour after playing and for days at a time, OMG my feet hurt sooo bad. I've tried a lot of alleged solutions in the past, with minimal results. Even Dr. Sch. I've been to podiatrists and they always say plantar fasciitis and sell me clunky Velcro on on to your foot and ankle orthopedic devices that supposedly stretch the muscle that connects the muscle on the bottom of your foot to your heel. To me, all they did was make it hard to sleep. And no matter how tight I tried to get them on, they wouldn't hold my foot in the correct position. I saw these in a sporting goods store and tried them. MAGIC!!! AWESOME!!! WONDERFUL!!! I immediately came home and ordered them here for all my shoes.I would say I have a 90% reduction in pain, which is phenomenal.Note: I have only had these for a short period of time, so I don't know how long they will last. But IF they last more than a month, I will replace them anyway.

A good product, if used in a specific way.
These things ain't bad, provided they're used in a very specific manner. The general design is sound. They amp up the arch support already present in your shoes, and the soft heel disc is a comfort for your heel bone. I was very impressed by these in the beginning. BUT, I'm not the kind of guy to buy an insert, slip it into a shoe, and let it live there indefinitely. If you're in the habit of shuttling inserts from boot to loafer to cross trainer to wingtip, avoid these. You see, the bottom of the heel disc (blue circle in picture) is sticky. Since these inserts aren't full-sole size, they're designed to rest against the back of your shoe and extend to that spot between the ball of your foot and your toes. The sticky disc helps keep them in place, so they don't slide forward. If you engage in a multi-shoe usage strategy as I do, the sticky spot doesn't stay sticky for long. This means that the inserts will start to slide forward when you're cruising down the sidewalk to Subway to get that yummy tuna on wheat (with lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives and banana peppers - don't forget the tangy banana peppers; they're essential), and you end up feeling that sharp gap between your heel and the back of the shoe, and the very thin front of the insert has worked its way up behind your toes and just feels all wrong and oogie up in there. So again, if you plan on committing these to ONE pair of shoes and one pair only, they'll serve you pretty nicely for a spell. If you think you can use them willy-nilly in all of your footwear, well that's not true, you'll be living a lie, and that speaks poorly of you. You don't want to be that person.

Immediate improvement - wow
I've had these things for just half a day, but wow. I'm a happy camper. I had planter fasciitis a bunch of years back and it sucked. Took me 6 months to recover, so when I felt it coming on again I wasn't terribly happy about it. I'd been using walkfit platinum insoles since my first bout and those had done the trick, but I was never entirely happy with them. Needed a new pair, but thought it was time for a change and gave these a shot. Me like. Me like lots. The pain, which was rapidly getting worse, has practically vanished. Like, immediately I feel vastly better. Logically, I should give them a few days, at least, before putting in a review. But, I'm giddy with happiness that it looks like I may be able to avoid another bout of plantar fasciitis and just needed to share.I'll update my review if I have anything further to add or if my opinion changes, but seven thumbs up.Quick update after wearing them for a bit. I can't claim that my plantar faciitis immediately vanished. Sadly, it still remains an issue. But, I continue to be able to walk pain free when I have these in my shoes and I'm very happy with them. I just need to have the sense to stop walking around barefoot for a while.

Comfortable, sleek, supportive
Cursed with weak arches and flat feet but don’t like traditional gel inserts? These things do a fantastic job adding support while staying low profile. They’re 3/4 length so they work with a narrower toe box. The only gel is in the heel which is great if you tend to stomp around. They add a little thickness overall which can help if have a narrow foot and your shoe feels a bit oversized.
