Conversions: 1 gram has 1,000 mg. 8 grams is similar to 8.46 cc. 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml.So, to give an average (this is not an exact measurement), 8g (one serving) is similar to 490 mg of salt. Morton Iodized Salt says 1/4 teaspoon has 590 mg salt.So, one serving of this product is "around" 490 mg salt.Again, this is not an exact measurement.

I wish they had an even less salt one, but this is a noticeable improvement in flavor over classic. The included spoon is a hoot. If you like Marmite, you will like this more.
