Very good alternative to ppi and gaviscon

Dosage is two per day, I take one in the morning and one with my evening meal. My digestion feels more comfortable and eliminates bloating.

I tried these as a means of stopping silent reflux (sore throat and loss of voice, with no feeling of indigestion). I did not experience any difference in symptoms. No idea what or how much of the active ingredient there is. Oddly they say take 2 a day, but really you need protection through the day and they are not going to last in the stomach all day. Sadly cannot recommend as I really hoped for something better.

Easy to swallow good product

I have bought these twice now and at first I got miled relief and then I bought the second lot and they are not helping me at all, I am going to make an appointment to see my GP just in case it's more serious.

I suffer from hiatus hernia for a lot of years and wanted to get a more natural anti acids cause I wanted to avoid the side effects of omeprazole and others…Bought this, and on the first days it was awesome. Then it seems like my body just got used to it and it stopped making effect.It doesn’t hold the acid reflux that much anymore.Omeprazole is way better

I started suffering from silent reflux as a side effect of a drug. This resulted in a lot of nighttime and day time coughing. I kept thinking I had Coronavirus. These seem to have sorted it, in combination with sleeping on a wedge shaped pillow. I like the fact they are made of natural plant based ingredients and prefer them to taking an antacid as reflux does not always mean you are producing too much acid.

Tasteless and unnoticeable and no side effects from taking them. My digestion is stable
